Cons:

Almost no one speaks English, also there were renovation going on during our stay and drill sounds!! And no one even informed us that there will be noises, etc. Also the management was poor, and always walking around and arguing wiht the staff!! E booked roomes with single beds ans wven though we communicated the needs for the single beds on top of that and they confirmed, when we arrived there were no si gle beds in the rooms!! I can even include some other stuff that does nit fir a 4 star hotel or any hospitality business...

Cons:

All the pillows and bed sheets were dirty. Whenever the sheet moved, the mattress and pillows underneath were yellow. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t sleep at all. The breakfast was also stale and seemed like leftover food. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

For a £50 a night, its good for a short stay.
Pros:

The hotel is good, although its glory days are long gone.
The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly, but no one speaks English.
The breakfast buffet offers many choices.
It’s in a central location with a variety of restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

The fridge and the safe were not working.
Towels were very old and worn.
Too few hangers, only 3.
