It’s clean and the room was decent
The pool being seasonal, the staff were pleasant but just cold. I’ve been to many hotels and there’s a warmth I’d have appreciated. The door man however was exceptionally nice and pleasant.

The staff on reception were very helpful and answered all questions raised. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The facilities at the pool were also excellent.
There is nothing I can think of.
This is most likely the best Sheraton we have ever stayed at in almost two decades. They have it all. Unconditionally all in. Check-in: well prepared, efficient, friendly. Rooms: stylish, modern, functional - mindblowing design. Prinstinely clean. A/C works perfectly with not making any noise at all. Noise does not exist at this hotel. You hear nothing, no neighbours, not outside noise, no street noise - nothing. Happy hour for Elite: mindblowing again. Superb choice and quality. For what you get there, you would easily pay a good amount of money in other places. Breakfast: a wonderful treat. Next time, I will set my alarm to be from start to end to make sure I get to try out everything. Pool: clean, well managed, well maintained. Plenty of sunchairs and umbrellas. As we stay on a weekend, it got busier around 10am (which I guess is because of the day pass guests). We enjoyed our 4pm check-out to the very last minute. Before leaving, I confirmed the next booking. This is a place where we will return to many times. Just to stay and enjoy. No other reasons needed at all. Very well done - cannot wait to return very soon.

Hotel fresco, pulito e accogliente, arredi molto belli. Staff gentile e sempre disponibile.
Camera perfetta, fresca, pulita, spaziosa e con ogni comfort...non mancava assolutamente nulla.
Il letto....il migliore su cui abbia mai dormito!
Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno consentito di usufruire della camera al nostro arrivo alle 09:30, molto prima dell'orario di check-in previsto.. camera molto pulita.. struttura curatissima con una attenzione ai dettagli degna di nota. Eccezionale e super consigliato.
