Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

- Colazione davvero molto ricca e varia, sicuramente la parte migliore del soggiorno;
- Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che ci abbiano fatto un upgrade di camera gratuitamente (probabilmente per compensare il fatto che abbiamo provato a contattarli via Booking per tre giorni di fila senza ricevere mai una risposta);
- Non male la SPA al sesto piano anche se piccolina e non ci sono tantissime cose, una bella piscina idromassaggio sarebbe stata sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Inoltre è aperta in una fascia oraria davvero molto esigua.
- Il personale della reception si è mostrato davvero molto cortese, in special modo un ragazzo che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo;
- Dovendo raggiungere lo Stadio San Siro, si ha la possibilità di raggiungerlo comodamente a piedi con una camminata di circa 20 minuti oppure con un bus (3 fermate) la cui fermata è proprio sotto l’hotel, girato l’angolo.
- L’ottima qualità del collutorio per i denti fornito

Cons:

- Questo hotel sarebbe da 10 ma ecco i motivi che ci hanno portato a 7:
- Cuscini davvero scomodissimi, oserei dire terribili: i peggiori che abbia mai trovato in un hotel e non sto esagerando purtroppo;
- Il costo del mini bar è decisamente eccessivo;
- La nostra camera era comunicante con altri ospiti che non conoscevamo e che non ci hanno dato tregua quando al riposo, schiamazzi, musica e urla a tutte le ore. Era davvero necessario darci una camera comunicante con altri ospiti?
- Capisco risulti difficile pulire i vetri di un quinto piano ma infissi e vetri della nostra stanza erano, i primi completamente andati e i vetri veramente sporchi;
- Ampliate la possibilità di prendere la navetta per il centro di Milano a livello di orari e posti disponili, sarebbe un servizio che, anche ad un piccolo costo aggiuntivo sarebbe davvero apprezzatissimo;
- Capisco che ogni guest è importante ma non è giusto trovare nella SPA (senza nessuno a controllare) un signore che urla al telefono oppure un turista asiatico a colazione con il telefonino a tutto volume. Sicuramente loro dovrebbero avere più rispetto degli altri ospiti, ma bisognerebbe anche invitarli in qualche modo al rispetto dell’ambiente comune;
- In ultimo ma assolutamente non per importanza, anzi. Abbiamo dovuto pagare un deposito cauzionale di euro 50 che non ci è ancora stato restituito. Arriverà?

L’hôtel est très agréable, moderne et très bien entretenu. La propreté est irréprochable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. L’emplacement est idéal pour se rendre au stade San Siro, qui est facilement accessible. De plus, un bus à proximité permet de rejoindre rapidement une station de métro pour se déplacer dans Milan. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Die grösse des Zimmers

Cons:

Es war am Nachmittag laut. Und es war bis um 01.30 In der Nacht so laut das man nicht schlafen konnte!!
Beim Frühstück wieder so laut!!

Cons:

Wir haben ein barrierefreies Zimmer erhalten. Recht gross, aber das Bad war nicht komfortabel. Vor allem war das Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer voller Staub und nicht sehr sauber.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, große Zimmer, das Schwimmbad. Und tolles ausreichendes Frühstück.
Und dass eine Navette gab die dich in Zentrum brachte.

Cons:

Der Service und das Personal. Manchmal hatten wir lamge auf unsere Getränke warten müssten, dann haben wir nach gefragt, dann meinte die Kellnerin (Elena), wir hätten nichts bestellt. Dann als die Getränke endlich vom Kellner (Davide) serviert worden, wurde sie auf eine Art und Weise dahin geschmissen, nicht sehr nett.
Im Restaurant von Javier Zanetti mangelte es auch am Service, der Kellner (Matteo) hatte uns die falsche Getränke serviert, bei der Bestellung der Speisen hatte er uns falsch verstanden. Kleines Chaos
