Every morning, housekeeping staff talked loudly in the hallways, making the atmosphere feel more like a crowded marketplace than a hotel. The constant noise seriously disturbed our ability to rest.

Nhà hàng phục vụ bữa sáng quá chật hẹp so với số lượng khách lưu trú. Vào giờ cao điểm, mọi người phải chen chúc để lấy thức ăn và tìm chỗ ngồi, kể cả khách nước ngoài.

The breakfast area is much too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. During peak hours, everyone—including international guests—had to squeeze through crowds just to get food or find a seat.

Phòng có diện tích nhỏ, việc vệ sinh chưa tốt và nhiều vị trí trên tường đã bong tróc sơn, tạo cảm giác cũ kỹ và thiếu được bảo trì.

The room was small, not particularly clean, and the walls had peeling paint in several places, giving the impression that the hotel has not been properly maintained.

Tôi sẵn sàng trả chi phí cao hơn để gia đình có một kỳ nghỉ thoải mái, sạch sẽ và đáng nhớ. Thật đáng tiếc, trải nghiệm mà chúng tôi nhận được hoàn toàn trái ngược với kỳ vọng.

I am a Vietnamese attorney currently living and practicing law in the United States. During this summer vacation, I brought my wife and child back to Da Nang to visit my wife's hometown. I was willing to pay more to ensure my family enjoyed a comfortable, clean, and memorable stay. Unfortunately, the experience was exactly the opposite.

Sau 8 ngày 7 đêm, điều gia đình tôi mang về không phải là những kỷ niệm đẹp mà là sự thất vọng về chất lượng dịch vụ, cơ sở vật chất và cách phục vụ của khách sạn.

This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip. On arrival, our room was filthy. The toilet had not been cleaned properly and still had faeces on it, the pillows had black marks, food on the wall and it was obvious the room had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. The wallpaper was ripped in both rooms we saw, there was mould on the walls and even on the hallway ceiling, and the sofa was heavily stained. The whole place felt dirty and poorly maintained.
The rooms were advertised as soundproof, but they were anything but. We barely slept during our entire week. From around 5:30 every morning, there was constant noise from people shouting in the corridors, talking loudly with their apartment doors left open, and general disturbance throughout the hotel. If you're looking for a quiet stay, this is definitely not the place.
Breakfast was another disappointment. After trying it on the first morning, we chose to eat in town for the rest of our stay. The food was poor, and the breakfast area was small, noisy, overcrowded, and chaotic.
And just a few other things, the fridge in our rooms did not work and generally the walls were dirty and plaster falling off.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. It needs a complete overhaul, much higher cleaning standards, and far better management of guest noise. The pictures posted on booking.com is NOT what we experienced!!!!!!

The dining area felt cramped, breakfast options were limited and frequently cold, and noise from the kitchen made the experience less enjoyable. Guests with mobility issues should note that there are a few steps at the hotel entrance, which may make access less convenient.

A little run down, nothing a lick of paint can't fix and a few pictures on walls..On checkout.cleaners declared that I had 'taken' 2 teaspoons, which was absolutely not true! There was never any there to begin with🤔 very strange and I have no need to take such things, so sadly disappointed in the end.
