it wasn't clean at the room and cleaning was very bad
It is not bad place to stay but a bit expensive for its level. And they charge for chairs and umbrella on THEIR beach without any option to bring your own gear. I already paid for the hotel why should I pay again for gear?
It was right on the beach, walking distance from a lot of things
They put us in room 108.. right by the hotel bathroom, staff break room, admins office, our a/c unit made rattling sounds the whole time, and right the driveway to get into the parking garage.. all night we heard doors slam, cars with loud music, every person on our floor that would walk by… I did not get any sleep from all the noises

Great location
Killed 7 giant roaches the first night and 3 more the second night. When we complained the staff admitted they knew about the bug problem but did not offer anything to compensate.

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Room Had a small refrigerator and microwave. Reasonable priced drinks that were good. Pool and beach staff were so nice and came around often. It’s a solid 3 star rating in my opinion. A small boutique style hotel with a restaurant. There is a liquor store across the street. A great Italian restaurant within walking distance , The Gondola
A trolley stop right outside the hotel which is great if you do not rent a car.
Ice only on the 1 st floor and more or less an outside area.
