Great hotel
Pros:

Great location just outside of town, really good garage parking for our motorbikes.

Cons:

The restaurant staff. Not helpful, all of them looked really fed up and not wanting to be there.

Pros:

The lobby has a very nice atmosphere and the spa and pool are nice. The hotel is situated in a new neighbourhood within walking distance to the train/gondola station.

Cons:

The room was warm and there was no A/C. Unfortunately, opening the window ment hearing the traffic noise.

Schnelles Check-in. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Zwei Mineralwasser kostenlos.

Cons:

Zimmer. Ganz hinten, bei der Einfahrt zur Parkgarage war nicht so toll. Am Abend gleissendes Licht und ständiger Lärm von der Autostrasse aus. Kühlschrank war relativ laut.

Empfang Wellness (Uela): Die Dame an der Wellness-Rezeption hat das Prinzip der Hotellerie nicht begriffen - keine Begrüssung, kein Dank, keine Verabschiedung, nicht ein einziges Lächeln. Die Gäste dieses tollen Hotels hätten es verdient, sich im Wellness-Bereich willkommen zu fühlen. Die Dame ist ein NoGo für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel und sollte nicht direkt mit Gästen zu tun haben, totales Downer!
