Pros:

Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Lovely lounge. Great old school historic hotel. Old lifts and wooden paneling wonderful.

A lovely happy stay.

Cons:

Room and bathroom rather small, but it is Europe.

В этом отеле мы останавливаемся ни в первый раз, настоящий старинный отель в римском стиле! Номер люкс нам очень понравился, на этот раз у нас было 2 номера! но, очень жаль, что при наличии свободных номеров на сайте, администрация не была так любезна и не продлила нам хотя бы один, из номеров на 1 или 2 часа, мы ушли гулять по жаркому и красивому городу , а наша мама 74 года, сидела в холле отеля, где сильно пахнет старыми коврами, но Уважаемая администрация, обращаю ваше внимание, что к постояльцам необходимо относиться более лояльно, вы не цените гостей, при том, что у вас было несколько свободных номеров, Вы хотите только получать деньги, не оказывая сервис!

Schimmel im Zimmer/ Klimaanlage
Pros:

Das einzig gute an dieser Unterkunft war die Lage und dass wir einen Stellplatz in der Garage für unser Auto hatten.

Cons:

Wo soll ich anfangen… wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, welches in Wirklichkeit stark von den angegebenen Bildern abweicht. Im Zimmer angekommen hat es gleich muffig gerochen. Wir haben blöderweise dort dann eine Nacht geschlafen, am nächsten Tag haben wir dann starken Schimmel an der Klimaanlage entdeckt. Daraufhin haben wir uns beschwert und dann für eine Nacht ein classic Zimmer bekommen. Dort war auch Schimmel über der Klimaanlage. Erst das dritte Zimmer entsprach den angegebenen Bildern des Deluxe Zimmers. In diesem Zimmer hat es zwar nicht muffig gerochen, noch gab es sichtbaren Schimmel an der Klimaanlage, aber man konnte sehen, dass dieser einfach übergestrichen wurde. Zudem funktionierte der Abfluss in der Dusche nicht wirklich und dadurch dass die Dusche keine Tür oder sonstiges hatte, stand das ganze Badezimmer Unterwasser. Letztendlich sind wir einen Tag früher abgereist, da wir seit Anreise Beschwerden wie Hals- und Kopfschmerzen (ausgelöst durch den Schimmel, da vorher und nachher keine Beschwerden da waren) bekommen haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet sah leider auch nicht sehr einladend aus. Dieses Hotel ist absolut kein vier Sterne Hotel.

Old world Italian charm in the heart of Rome
Pros:

The property was that of a boutique hotel. Nice charm and atmosphere. We loved the centrality of the hotel to everything. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. Btw don’t miss their breakfast - it’s perfect start to a busy day. Also don’t expect big rooms ours was very small but manageable for a party of two.
