Cons:

Very bad sound proof, can hear next door easily. Request for room changes next day but was not closely follow up, communication gap between hotel staff for morning and night shift. Was waiting for arrangement from noon till late evening.

Pros:

Love everything including the pillow, the bath gel, shampoo and conditioner smells so nice.. The hotel staff is so generous. He gave me room at level 4, same floor with the swimming pool. My kids love the pool n playground. My husband love the gym.. Shud have book for 2 nights.

Cons:

Went there during school holiday n public holiday.. So It's peak season and i cannot extend my stay😢😢

Cons:

I was given room 1018 on the first night n it was very noisy throughout the night because the noise came from traffic. Even I used the earplugs given, it’s of no help.

Pros:

The location can be pros and cons since it's located near to the KLCC, thus the traffic are worst at some point. The hospitality were really great. I'm requesting for the special birthday decorations for my wife but it takes nearly 2 hours for them to do it thus I insist on check in first, then me and my family went to the playground. After we went back to the room, the staff manage to do some decorations for the room plus additional cakes and chocolate. I really appreciate that since my wife and kids were so happy about it. The pool was huge and water temperature was great. Gym are fully equipped and well functioning. The lobby smell so nice.

Cons:

Maybe the hotel should upgrade the indoor playground for the kids as it is not impressive compared to other hotels. The shower in my room are stuck that the water couldn't flow well and cause mini flood in my toilet.

Good location, nice pool and facilities, comfortable room, value for money, walking distance to monorail bukit nanas. They upgrade my room with kl tower view. Beautiful view at night.

Good as short staycation

Cons:

The sound proofing needs improvement. It’s very noisy at night when cars and motorbikes pass by. The pool area has been too crowded, especially on holidays period.
