Didn’t eat breakfast, dinner was good though.
I spent one night in this hotel, on a business trip. I was at some point in the M Club lounge with my colleagues and there was no food or snacks left.
One of the employees, Nina, took care of us with great professionalism and kindness, she brought us food and did her best to make sure we had what we needed to relax in the lounge, I tried to give her a tip and she politely refused.
It is rare nowadays to experience that level of welcoming politeness and customer care.
That made the difference during our trip. I recommend this structure.
Did not eat breakfast. No pool or hot tub was a disappointment for this level of hotel.
No pool or hot tub good location but amenities were lacking for price.

Our visit was wonderful in every way. The location in relation to the convention center, and market square. Having the shuttle so easily available was a plus that will bring us back! The room and service was great. Wish the plugs at the bedside had worked.

We booked a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa before we arrived, we paid an outrageous amount for 1 night in my opinion, either way when we arrived we did valet which is the only thing they offer as far as parking but you have to pay for that as well which was an extra $40 for over night parking which is crazy but that’s my opinion. We get checked in and get to our room to find out it is a wheelchair accessible which is fine but it isn’t what we paid for at all, either was we get in the room to find out the air didn’t work at all it stayed 76-78 degrees all night so we stayed hot all night, the ac unit was leaking into the floor we assumed it was froze up or something, the shower flooded the whole bathroom floor because the shower head doesn’t move enough to keep it from spraying in the floor, so our stay was horrible. When we left the next morning we spoke to the front desk staff and she told us we got that room because they didn’t have any other room available but yet when we booked it online 2 hrs before we arrived it was available that’s why we went ahead and paid for it. So, needless to say we will not be staying here again. Good Luck to everyone else!
The location to the stadium has nice!
Had to pay an extra 40 bucks for parking even though I already paid almost 500 dollars for staying there.
Location was great, liked being within walking distance of downtown, UT, market street. Staff upon arrival was very friendly and helpful.
After booking our first night online as nonrefundable we decided to drive down the night before and called to add a night, the girl said she would have to get manager approval just to book the extra night separately. I did ask if I did that could we be guaranteed to not to have to change rooms, she agreed. Upon arrival I asked to combine the two nights but because they were booked separately they couldn't, we would have to check out on Sat AM, then back in but could stay in the same room. Busy with our plans I failed to go to the desk to check-out and back in so when we got to our room we were locked out, very frustrating that when I called she didn't just ask for approval to add a night to our reservation to avoid the back and forth

Location
We did not get the room we reserved. We reserved a King room with sofa and bathroom that had disability accessible shower. We were given a room with a “Murphy bed” which I a sofa that folds down into a bed. We were told “there are no more rooms, sorry!” I was unable to sleep in the bed correctly due to the sofa arms were at the side of the bed and being disabled I could not get in and out of bed. I had to sleep backwards with my head at the foot of bed. I was not able to shower. It was so unprofessional.

TJ was an excellent valet. Most people rush off to the airport and continue with their day, but I felt compelled to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received. I usually stay away from social media, but the hotel was wonderful and the staff were even better. Leaving this review felt like the least I could do.
Came by for a game and ended up absolutely loving this Marriott! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming and well put together. The valet team was incredibly friendly and informative, giving us easy directions to World’s Fair Park along with great recommendations for family-friendly restaurants nearby.
The hotel itself was lovely, clean, stylish, and full of charming little touches, including a cute art area and very well-kept restrooms. You can really tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything beautiful and comfortable.
We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be booking a stay here in the near future!
