Bad experience

Close to the beach and place of work

Cons:

I recently stayed at this hotel for a quick business trip and was thoroughly let down by the lack of basic amenities and indifferent staff. From the moment I pulled up, things felt off.
Valet parking was the first red flag — $45 per night, which felt extremely expensive for what turned out to be average service. They were slow to retrieve my car the next morning, and I had to wait over 20 minutes despite being one of only a few guests checking out.
The real frustration came with the luggage situation. Upon arrival, there wasn’t a single luggage cart available at the entrance. When I asked the front desk for one, the employee just shrugged and vaguely pointed toward the elevators. I ended up wandering around three different floors like an idiot, dragging my heavy suitcase and carry-on up and down hallways before finally locating one tucked away in a service area. No one offered to help, and no apology was given when I mentioned how ridiculous it was.
Customer service overall felt nonexistent. Staff seemed disengaged and unprepared for even basic requests. Check-in was slow, and simple questions about amenities were met with minimal effort responses. For a hotel charging these rates, I expected at least competent and attentive service — not this level of inconvenience.
The room itself was fine (nothing special), but the poor first impression and lack of support really soured the entire experience. I won’t be returning and would caution others to look elsewhere unless you enjoy self-service chaos and expensive add-ons. Save your money and dignity — there are better options nearby.

The property is right across the street from the beach. It’s also in walking distance of plenty of restaurants and stores. The staff was very nice. When we checked into the first room with a view of mostly the driveway they moved us to a room with a better ocean view. The pool area is also nice

Cons:

The room was smaller than I expected. Not a lot of room to move around. Also the price of the valet was excessive especially since we parked the car and walked everywhere. Never used it one time after getting to the hotel

Desafortunadamente apareció una cucaracha patas arriba en el baño y era un piso alto, al ver todo entre comillas limpio, pues llama mucho la atención este hecho, que nos dejó bastante inconformes y con la sensación que las cosas no están bien. Un Hotel que hoy día no tenga acceso gratuito a WIFI, lo siento que no está entendiendo como se desarrolla actualmente el mundo, eso me pareció terrible y además el costo del valet parking me pareció excesivo

Pros:

Todos os quartos são virados para a praia, permite acompanhar o amanhecer tomando um café de frente para o mar. Há restaurantes em volta, embora o do hotel seja muito bom. A piscina é aquecida. O quarto tem um tamanho muito bom.

Incredible view, accommodating staff
Pros:

We liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel, staff, vibe. The room was spacious, beds were comfy. The view was incredible. The pool area was great and we loved the chair service at the beach.

Cons:

The restaurant was a little disheveled when we went to order food to go to our room. Just plates everywhere, breakfast buffet was still not broken down.

Excellent Location and Value
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is fantastic. Right across the street from the beach, with several beachfront restaurants and shops next door. It made it super convenient without needing a car to drive around.

The rooms were a good size, clean, and mine had a good oceanview. For the price, I felt like it was a good value compared to other hotels nearby. Staff was also friendly throughout my stay.

The only minor disappointment was the front desk said beach chairs were available until 5pm. However, around 3pm they came out saying they were packing up early for the day even though it was a beautiful day. The chair attendant didn’t give a reason for this other than “my boss told me to”.

Other than that, an excellent stay and would gladly return again, hopefully for longer next time.

Te hacen una oferta de reservción muy tentadora, que termina siendo una falsedad. Hay muchos cobros escondidos y taxes varios que no se especifican durante la reservación. Terminan cobrandote hasta más de $200.00 de lo preacordado. Es abusivo!!!
