When booking 11 rooms or more, guests will need to contact the hotel for group sales department. Guests can't book multiple reservations with the threshold of 10 rooms.
The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center is a Small Dog Friendly Hotel that welcomes small dogs up to 40 lbs. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty.
Small dogs may be left unattended in the guest room, however, no stayover service will be completed by housekeeping if there is/are dog(s) in the guest’s room.
Moreover, if the small dog(s) become(s) a noise disturbance to other guests, or the Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center management; front desk; or any Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center employee, receives other small dog-related complaints from the guest’s room, the guest must return to take their small dog(s) with them.
Further, the Ramsey Hotel will NOT release the $250 incidental deposit in the event of small dog(s) damaging the room and its contents by, but not limited to, urinating; fouling; hair-shedding etc and/or causing a noise disturbance that is not attended to by the guest(s). Small dogs are permitted in specific rooms only; small dog-friendly rooms can be requested by contacting the Ramsey Hotel's direct line (865) 428-2700. Small dogs are NOT permitted in the breakfast/lounge area and in the pool area beyond the pool gate, per public health laws.
Registered service animals, that are dogs, are welcome in accordance with current ADA standards. Emotional support animals, that are dogs, are NOT considered to be service animals by the ADA, or the Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center . A guest, whose registered service animal is a noise disturbance or causes damage to the room and its contents as outlined above, will also be subject to the same $250.00 cleaning fee. The bar/lounge is open Fridays and Saturdays only.

I wish the tv worked better. I couldn't watch the local and the guide was very hard to go it. They didn't get the channels I normally watch. It rained pretty hard and it would have been nice to be able to watch racing

I honestly just love the way it was clean and the staff was friendly. The food for breakfast was amazing. It was really good. Peggy that works there in the buffet area. She was the sweetest could be.
The second day I was there I had to go to the front desk because they needed to see me. They didn't say anything about me having my motorcycle trailer on and I couldn't leave my trailer hooked to my vehicle so I had to drop it and then I got charged almost $90 just for having a place to park in my trailer and there was nobody around that couldn't get parked
The amenities, breakfast a room was nice and close to everything.
The rooms were small for a family
The room was clean, staff were pleasant. Breakfast had a good variety of food, though I noticed that once the fruits ran out, they did not restock them. The pool was open 24 hours, which was a huge bonus for my teenager.
I didn't like that the AC shut off if you were not in the room; this made it kind of uncomfortable upon reentering the room after a long, hot day. Luckily, the room was small and cooled off easily.
Love the hot tub. Fire pit was great.
I was put on 5th floor when I asked for ground floor room.

The room was dirty. The tub was nasty, the shower didn't work very well. The beds were uncomfortable and the room wasn't clean

The entry was awesome!
The location was nice.
The hotel is dirty. The trash cans in the hallways were overflowing. The elevator was dirty. There was mold in the shower. The hallways are poorly lit, probably to hide more dirt. It seems very outdated, and under kept.
