The elevator we were on stopped in middle of moving the jerk wait about a minute then slowly started moving

Great staff, great experience. We plan to return to HTX and i plan to stay at Crowne Plaza again.
Pros:

I liked that there was a fridge in the room

Cons:

The hot water for the bath was a little weird — but the staff was so responsive and helpful to figuring out the issue. Very thankful!

Cons:

Parking was totally unacceptable. Had issues getting in and out of garage. Then when I booked rooms it says late check out accepted. But when talking to staff at front desk it's a wait and see game. Gonna wake up and call. Convenience is a quality hotel's should offer. Other then that I enjoyed my stay

Pros:

I paid 50$ to park my car I was told I would receive $25 of that back. I have not received the &25 back on my credit card

Cons:

They made me pay for my granddaughter breakfast. She stayed with my daughter and and I. I was told only 2. Breakfast per room
