No tendieron nuestras camas no arrimaron más toallas para secar me cobraron un depósito de $100 dollar que aún no me regresan me cobraron breakfast cuando yo ya avía pagado por eso no me gustó el servicio de la gente se miraba un poco racista 🫤

Avoid. Cheap for a reason
Pros:

GREAT LOCATION.This was once a very nice hotel but now full of very scantily dressed young women. I think a lot of prostitution goes on here. Nice rooms but very questionable young crowd and very loud.

Only the location was relatively convenient and close to the center

Cons:

The service is completely unacceptable.
The rooms have a very heavy odor.
The breakfast is an absolute joke; I have never experienced anything like it at a hotel claiming to be 4 stars.
Management completely fails to address issues—the security guard was left to deal with a hot water problem in our shower.
This isn't a hotel, it's a hostel
