Twice the first night I had to be moved to a different room because the air conditioner didn't work, so my first night was without air and there was no compensation for this so I feel as if they just took my money

Beds and facilities were Comfortable
Pros:

Roxanne the breakfast staff was awesome. I truly like that it was only 5 minutes from the airport since we gone in late, past 10. I was sad when we got here that we couldn't eat cuz I was starving. We had to doordash.

Cons:

I didn't have a freezer in my room to freeze my ice packs from my insulin. I gave it to the front desk and she put it in a bag in the freezer. The next day I came and asked for it and someone had taken it out of the fridge or freezer and it was stone warm and I didn't have any ice packs and our travels to keep mine sun cold so I was very unhappy.
