Incrível! Funcionários atenciosos, simpáticos, excelentes.
Pros:

Clássico , chic . Longe da muvuca, mas de fácil acesso ao centro . Decoração de muito bom gosto , vista pra natureza.
O pessoal da recepção, é muito gente boa , simpáticos , atenciosos, educados, cuidadosos.

Cons:

Agradável e satisfatória.
Pros:

A estrutura do hotel e o conforto. O cuidado e educação dos funcionários realmente se destacaram.

Cons:

Nosso quarto ficava ao lado de uma saída de emergência/ escadas e em alguns momentos fazia alguns barulhos. Mas nada que chegasse a incomodar. Mas percebemos esse detalhe.

Cons:

Compram R$35 na diária do estacionamento para hóspedes. Achei um desserviço. São 3 anos consecutivos no hotel e não pretendo voltar por isso.

O hotel é maravilhoso, fomos muito bem recebidos, tudo bem limpinho, quarto cheiroso, cama confortável. O hotel disponibilidade de suportes com sabonete líquido, shampoo, condicionador e hidratante.
