I would like to come back. But, I hope the receptionist will have a clear guideline for the room.
Pros:

The hotel breakfast offers a good selection of basic food items.
The mattress is firm and comfortable, and the room is spacious. The air conditioning worked well, and my room faced the courtyard, making it quiet and peaceful at night.
Parking was not problem, indoor and outdoor spaces available.
The in-room microwave and mini refrigerator were wonderful extras that made my stay even more comfortable. An added bonus is that guests can also use the microwave in the breakfast room, which is especially convenient for warming up food. This thoughtful amenity deserves an A+.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was decent, but rather basic, like supermarket food than something carefully prepared in a kitchen. The milk from the glass jar, tasted stale, and the five hot dishes were so so.
However, the most disappointing aspect was the receptionist's attitude. I simply asked her which route to my room was the shortest, and she replied, "I don't know." I then asked if she had a floor plan showing whether I should turn left or right after the elevator to reach my room quickly, as I had walked a long way and turned right three times the first time I looked for it. Was the hallway one-way or two-way? She said she didn't have a map and told me to look at the signs on the wall. I told her there were no signs, only room numbers next to each door, and that she could accompany me for the confirmation. She eventually accompanied me, but it was still the longest route (so I walked it three times). Finally, on the fourth try, I discovered the shortest route was actually turning left after exiting the elevator, which would quickly get me to my room (because the room number was at the end of the floor number).

What annoyed me most was the receptionist's reaction to my questions. She asked why I was asking these questions when I was only staying one night. I explained that I might stay longer next time and would be bringing two large suitcases, so I wanted to familiarize myself with the hotel layout to quickly find my room and handle emergencies, including finding the elevators and the fastest routes to exits. She even said that no other guest had ever asked such questions before! I asked, "What is your name?" She replied, "Our hotel cannot disclose names, and the receptionist doesn't wear name tags! Our manager isn't here, and we don't know when he'll be here."

Overall, the hotel itself was fine, but I hope my feedback will be passed on to the manager to improve customer service.
