Pros:

Location is great. Room service and bar service was fast. AC worked very well.

Cons:

Room is tiny - no room for suitcases even. We were basically climbing over our suitcases to get around. Front desk staff could be a bit more friendly as it seemed I was incoveniencing them each time I had to talk to them. Might be a cultural issue but most other Thai folks were very friendly.

Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over mijn verblijf in Bangkok grotendeels door het hotel.
Pros:

Voor de prijs is het comfort en de locatie ongekend. Je zit precies ver genoeg van khao san road dat je de drukte niet hoort maar er in enkele minuten heen kan lopen. Daarnaast zijn het paleis en een heleboel tempels ook op loopafstand. Voor de rest ruime comfortabele kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt.

Cons:

Het enige minpunt, maar ik kan daar zelf altijd wel mee leven, is dat het ontbijt niet héél vers oogde ik ben van ontbijt snel wegwerken en meer van avondeten genieten, maar ik zou aanraden om gewoon ergens anders ontbijt te halen als je echt met elke maaltijd authentiek vers wil eten.

No thing at all do not come here, worst hotel ever

Cons:

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of our lives. The pool was closed even though it was advertised, and there was basically no usable swimming pool at all. The bed sheets smelled terrible and were clearly dirty. The towels looked like they had been used for more than 10 years — old, stained, and disgusting.

We asked multiple times for the sheets and towels to be changed, but nobody responded or cared. The entire staff was extremely rude and disrespectful throughout the stay.

The worst part happened during checkout. After we complained at the reception about the dirty condition of the room, the staff started recording videos of me and my wife while we were talking to them. When the argument escalated because of that behavior, they even called the police on us.

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had in any hotel. Completely unacceptable. Save your money and never go to this place.
