Perfect stay
Pros:

It was one of the best stays I have ever had. Starts with the most amazing staff, considerate, friendly, and extremely helpful. We were upgraded to a deluxe room, which was beautiful 😍 the views and the amazing shower were the highlight. In addition, the food, both dinner and breakfast were delicious - chefs restaurant food with special dishes and the most fresh local ingredients. The spa floor is luxurious and was almost empty when we were there, so it felt like a private haven.
To conclude - don't miss the opportunity to stay here

Cons:

Unfortunately we were staying during a heat wave and the hotel doesn't have AC so it was quit warm to stay in the room during the day

A jewel in Engadin: wonderful staff and restaurant included
Pros:

Beautiful architecture and extraordinary staff. The restaurant is a show apart, wonderful food with local ingredients and perfect technique.

Cons:

My only complaint would be the weather: we were there during a heatwave, which only makes it imperative to go back during winter to enjoy skiing and relaxing in such a nice atmosphere

Cons:

24.00 Uhr hat die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet und liess sich nicht manuell ausschalten! war aber nach ein 1/4 Std erledigt.

Was für eine Perle!

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert!
Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Arnica in Scuol hat uns rundum begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das hervorragende Essen, jede Mahlzeit war ein Genuss und hat keine Wünsche offengelassen.
Auch das Hotel selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen: gepflegt, gemütlich und mit einer Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Region zu erkunden und die schöne Umgebung des Unterengadins zu geniessen.
Ganz besonders in Erinnerung bleibt uns das Personal, das ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Man hat sich jederzeit gut aufgehoben und herzlich willkommen gefühlt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel Arnica uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Super Hotel mit tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, aber nicht weit vom Zentrum. Das Economy-Zimmer ist sauber, nicht gross, hat aber einen grossen Balkon. Das Frühstück wird serviert, man hat die Auswahl aus einer langen Karte. Alles was wir probiert haben, hat uns geschmeckt. Es gibt einen Wellness-Bereich, ein Restaurant, viele Freiflächen (Dachterrasse, Terrasse, Lounge) und eine Garage. Das junge Team und alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Waschtisch ist im Zimmer, klein und rund und das Wasser kommt aus einer langen Stange von der Decke - das war unpraktisch und sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Die Sauberkeit, das nette Personal & das Schöne Zimmer. Sehr gute und ruhige Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Die Temperatur im Zimmer lässt sich trotz Klima nicht regulieren. Bei einem Hotel mit Wellness Bereich sollte man Finken anbieten.
