Gerne wieder, Lage und Aussicht traumhaft, Küche kreativ und sehr gut, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Pros:

Schöne Lage mit Aussicht auf Berge und Wald

Cons:

Badewanne im Zimmer bräuchte es aus Überlegung der Nachhaltigkeit nicht unbedingt- da grosse Dusche vorhanden.
Ein Liegestuhl auf den grossflächigen Balkonen wäre schön.

Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend. Lesen einem jeden Wunsch von der Lippen ab. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es wird am Tisch serviert. Das macht alles sehr persönlich. im ganzen Hotel werden nur sehr hochwertige Materialien verwendet. Viel Holz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spectacular scenery, great hotel, exceptional service and staff
Pros:

The whole experience from booking to post departure was exceptional. The property is beautifully designed and the outlook/ scenery is spectacular. Great restaurant, very comfortable beds, wonderful and very helpful staff. The perfect place to explore the area, hikes, and mountain biking.

Abtauchen in eine ruhige entspannte Stimmung. Erholung pur. Sehr viel Liebe zum Detail.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist der Knaller. Alles frische Regio Produkte. Der Käse ...ein Gedicht. Mehr geht nicht.
Zimmer riecht nach frischem Arvenwald. Personal extrem aufmerksam und freundlich. Das tollste Hotel wo ich je war.

Perfekte Auszeit in den Bergen. Gelebte Nachhaltigkeit im Tourismus.
Pros:

Excellentes Frühstück. Kein Buffet, wo danach viel Foodwaste entsteht, sondern sehr aufmerksame Bedienung, wenn man Brot bestellt bekommt man ein Stück. Man kann jederzeit alles nachbestellen. Richtig wertschätzender Umgang mit den sorgfältig ausgewählten Produkten aus der lokalen Produktion.

-Very friendly and helpful staff
-Stylish and modern decor
-Very clean and well maintained hotel throughout
-Spacious room with balcony overlooking the mountains (superior room)
-Modern bathroom fittings (if somewhat quirky layout!)
-Tranquil setting and surroundings
-Only a few mins walk to shops (e.g. Coop) and bus stops (convenient for hiking)
-Excellent quality breakfast/dinner featuring local ingredients
-In general, far exceeds what you would expect from a 3-star hotel

Cons:

-A mini-bar/fridge in room would be an added bonus
-Half-board includes 3 courses at dinner which in hindsight was excessive for me (for a 5-night stay) and couldn’t do it justice. Those with a large appetite will not complain!
