This hotel falls far short of any 5 star rating. I had daily issues with housekeeping not cleaning our room. It also seems they don't clean rooms until after 4, but if you have an issue, they are gone at 5. When I brought this up to staff they couldn't care and seemed annoyed by my questioning it. The website says cleaning daily, but apparently, it's only every other day and they change bed sheets every three days. After bringing up the website mentioning daily housekeeping the response I got was 'Thanks for teaching me' and she proceeded to take a phone call. I also brought this to the attention of the hotel manager and he assured me the room would be cleaned first thing in the morning. This 'cleaning' was emptying the trash and replacing towels in the bathroom. Nothing was wiped down and sheets weren't changed on the beds. I emailed him, since he said to notify him of any other issues and never heard back. My wife noted she never heard a vacuum during our entire stay, and when you look around, it shows. Fort Collins is amazing, but I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.
This property is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the hot tub. The restaurant and bar were great and we loved the wait staff there. The room was gorgeous and accommodated three adults very well. The grounds were spectacular and inspired us to go walking. We even saw a little bunny in the grass.
One suggestion is a microwave in the room.
A former Ft Collins resident utvwas great to return and loved the upgrades in the har, restaurant. Always my choice
The housemanager needs to upgrade coffee pots. Had yo call 3 times fir a pot that worked. Bill, the guy that helped was great!
The location was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool.

The property was fine, except for parking lot construction that kept you far from the entrance

The stairs could be better marked. They were hard to find.
It’s just super frustrating to me when I get in late and I have to go down to the desk to get coffee. 🙄
