Almost perfect except for that one thing.
Pros:

I loved everything about this place. I told them they should charge more. Then, they rang my room and woke me up which extremely upset me. I asked for a manager. They told me one would contact me. None have since Saturday. Today is Monday 12noon. I think they honestly do not care.

Cons:

The front desk woke me over needing me to come down and sign papers! I have all the money 💰 I need and now I’m taking it somewhere else.

Pros:

This hotel was very clean and had a great location. The value for the room was excellent. The showers have very nice hot water that doesn't run out, which I enjoy after a long day. The staff offered free water, free coffee, ATM use, self-serve laundry services, sunscreen, beach towels, beach toys and aloe vera! We asked for additional blankets, pillows and bathroom towels and every staff member was very accommodating with no judgement. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maile. She made our comings and goings feel like a family stay. We will definitely be back!

Super Hotel, wenn man nicht Lärmempfindlich ist
Pros:

Das Personal war nett, man konnte vor dem Hotel rauchen. Wir hatten einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle, das war super. Preis-Leistung war ok. Die Lage zum Strand war super und es gab im Foyer eine Karaoke Bar!
Beim Einchecken war die Sauberkeit gut, aber

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit hat während unseres Aufenthalts stark nachgelassen.
Die Lautstärke war leider durch die Lage sehr laut. Vor allem morgens, als die Müllfahrzeuge gefahren sind oder Bauarbeiten am Hotel nebenan gestartet haben.

Clean, good location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Good location, close to the beach and shops. Staff were so friendly and nice. Room was so clean and good size for my self. Everything what I needed was provided in the room.

Cons:

The room looked old especially the carpet, and beds were cheap quality. It was bit noisy from the karaoke bar at night.

Comfortable large room for 4 people. Walkable to the beach and they supply beach items.

Cons:

Rooms are older. Parking is awful 6 small spots that are impossible to get in and out of. Park at one of the garages and walk. Sofa bed was good for the kids wouldnt recommend for adults.
