Habitaciones amplias cómodas y excelente servicio
Pros:

El hotel tenía un servicio excelente (room service, desayuno, restaurante), habitaciones amplias y bastante cómodas. Me hicieron un upgrade de habitación sin que yo lo solicitara y sin costo adicional.

Buena estadía, pero calor en la habitación
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el servicio del hotel. Las áreas comunes estaban siempre limpias, las habitaciones impecables y las instalaciones muy agradables. Además, la ubicación es excelente, lo que hizo la estadía aún más cómoda y conveniente. Sin duda, una muy buena experiencia.

Cons:

Algo negativo que podría mencionar es el servicio del aire acondicionado. Entiendo que en Bogotá normalmente el clima es fresco y quizás no se utilice mucho, pero durante mi estadía sí sentí bastante calor en la ciudad. Al regresar a la habitación, no lograba sentir el ambiente fresco esperado. Reporté la situación y el personal amablemente intentó ayudarme, aunque el inconveniente se mantuvo durante la estancia.
