Very disappointed. No resolution. If the pool was to be closed all weekend, I’d never book.
Cons:

We booked this hotel so my children could swim indoors; the pool was closed every day for “maintenance”. I was continually told that the pool would open shortly, with two young children we were counting on a fun pool weekend which never happened.

This hotel is not well maintained, not worth the affordability.
Pros:

The location was great, very nice area that avoided traffic

Cons:

Had to switch rooms because of roaches on the bed. The next room was bug free but not clean (surfaces not wiped down, dirt and debris build up on carpet, etc.), the TV did not work properly, and the pool was closed due to maintenance issues and it we had picked this hotel partially for that amenity. We were not informed of a mandatory parking fee when we booked. Finally, the hotel did not have any fans in the room, and the AC was not working very well which made the room quite warm.
