Das Apartment in der Mauerstraße ist nicht empfehlenswert da eng, laut und unkomfortabel

Cons:

Im Haus Mauerstraße war es laut und eng. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und konnte auch nicht repariert werden.

Einer der schlechtesten Hotelaufenthalte, die ich je hatte
Pros:

Leider gibt es nichts Positives hervorzuheben. Die Lage war für meinen Aufenthalt grundsätzlich in Ordnung.

Cons:

Mit der schlechtesten Hotelaufenthalt, den ich bisher erlebt habe. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, bekam vor Ort jedoch lediglich ein Einzelzimmer. Self Check-in, der Empfang war telefonisch nicht erreichbar, stattdessen wird man zunächst von einer KI abgefertigt und hängt anschließend erfolglos in der Warteschleife. Auch auf mehrere E-Mails wurde bis heute nicht geantwortet.

Das Zimmer entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern, wirkte stark heruntergekommen und roch unangenehm nach Rauch. Zusätzlich habe ich bis heute keine Rechnung für meinen Aufenthalt erhalten. Schlimmer als jedes Hostel.

preisgünstiges Hotel für nur Übernachtung zu empfehlen. Wer mehr Luxus und Wellness sucht muss etwas
Pros:

Das Hotel ist relativ günstig und liegt dennoch sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig. Es ist alles sauber. Im Regelfall steht Sky-TV im Zimmer zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Der Selbst-Checkin funktioniert nicht wirklich. Man dann telefonisch oder zum Schwesterhotel zum Check-in, das ca. 500 Meter entfernt ist.
Die Zimmer sind teilweise etwas ungewohnt und das ein oder andere Stück könnte ausgetauscht werden. Ab und an ist die Umgebung etwas lauter.

Comfortable home base
Pros:

A compact and comfortable room with higher quality basics. Bonus extras like the coffee machine and TV. An easy walk from the station and the main pedestrian and shopping areas. I loved the PIN-based front door and room access. No key card to lose

Cons:

Mild confusion on my part, because the entrance was around the corner from the stated address.

24h check in automat ging nicht. Keine Zimmer Nummer erhalten, nur Zugabgscode per Email. Service Telefon konnte nicht weiterhelfen. Musste schließlich anderes Hotel buchen. Seit dem keine Reaktion auf Anruf oder Email um Lösung zu finden. Service Telefon wird auf allgemein service weitergeleitet, die auch nicht weiterhelfen können. Ging nicht nur mir so an dem Tag, auch anderes Paar mussten sich was anderes suchen.

Erster Aufenthalt lief problemlos, da alle Infos vorab per Mail kamen. Dieser nicht Aufenthalt war schlecht und alles danach ist unterirdisch. Wenn alles klappt ist Preis Leistung in Ordnung, wenn nicht hast Pech gehabt. Sollte man sich also überlegen ob man das will....

Pros:

Мені сподобалося, що було чисто в номері. Також була особиста кавова машина зі всім необхідним. Сподобалось, що швидко вирішили свою помилку та надали ще номер, де можна було переночувати третій особі ( в другому готелі).

Cons:

Мені було прикро, що оплата тільки карткою. Також пін код у моїй картці 6 цифр, а там проходить тільки 4 цифри. Моєю карткою не вдалося розрахуватися. Саме в цьому готелі потрібно самому вводити всі свої дані. Так як там не має рецепшина й персоналу.
Також було прикро, що попутали наше замовлення. Ми замовляли номер на трьох осіб. А дали номер двомісний. Свою помилку вони виправили, дали ще один номер, але в другому готелі. Він їм також належить ( Aspire Elements). Від одного до другого десь 5 хвилин ходьби.
Зазвичай в цьому другому готелі також можна було рідко зустріти когось із персоналу... Прикріпляю фото із двух готелів. Спочатку два фото того, що ми бронювали в Aspire Castillo. В останні 3 фото в готелі Aspire Elements.

Its okei. It can be better!
Cons:

Please send the payment receipts on time. The chasing to get a copy of stay payments is exhausting. Just automate the Rechnung system the same way you automate discounting money so quickly from clients bank accounts.
