Un petit hôtel au top !
Pros:

l'emplacement est parfait pour se déplaccer dans bristol en bus ou rejoindre le train a Temple Meads via la ligne 8.
quartier très calme avec plusieurs commerces accessibles pour les petits budgets non loin de l'hotel ( comme M&S ) , le pub en dessous de l'hotel est très bien mais la carte est assez limitée, le petit déjeuner anglais cuisiné à la demande en plus du buffet sucré est parfait.
Le personnel est au top de la gentillesse et présent 24h/24( surtout FLO )
les lits sont très confortables

Should I be back in Bristol, this is a cute little hotel I would visit again. Very friendly staff :)
Pros:

Small but curated and exceptionally located to walk across Bristol at lenght.

Cons:

Maybe a little dusty in some corners but nothing major.

Refreshing change from the big chains, surprisingly good, they obviously think alot about customer service which is excellent

Cons:

I mean, it needs a bit of a refresh but in keeping with Clifton in general which is a place where you can feel former glory

Pros:

Great location. Tea in room.

Cons:

Room on ground floor, a little noise from outside, but fortunately it was nice weather and could open the window to freshen up the room.

Perfectly adequate but not exceptional
Pros:

Hotel was good but looking a little tired. Food was very good both breakfast and restaurant meals. Staff very friendly. Good location for family we were visiting.

Cons:

Our bedroom was a double so smaller than we would have liked and no aircon in room. It did have a fan but the window only opened a little. No USB chargers so had to buy a plug.

Not the most comfortable rooms
Pros:

The hotel was in a nice part of Bristol and although old, it looked like it was recently renovated. The staff were friendly. The bar and restaurant had a nice vibe and looked like they were a popular local spot.

Cons:

The hotel was very dated and the rooms were microscopic! There was just nowhere to turn which made for a very uncomfortable stay. We had to try and have one person in the room at a time to be able to get ready. We were in town for a wedding so quite a few of us stayed here and that was the overall feedback from every room in our party. Other than that, even though the property was kept well, it was an old building so everything was squeaky and smelt mouldy. I wouldn’t have minded so much if the price reflected the quality. It made me have higher expectations. There were other hotels at the same price level which were newer and scored much higher in user reviews.

It was ok but v basic. Sheets n beds great thankyou. The rest poor sadly.

It was clean. Bedding was superb. Thankyou.

Cons:

Room much too small. Smell of sox terrible. Bar closed at 9 on Sunday. Fridge not turned on. Shower so small

Guy checking us in didnt know the area at all and didn't know the Lido was opposite ...and room 19 was a ntmare.Woken up at 5.45 by the noisy bin men right outside window...then the restaurant generator started up...

Last minute booking and didn’t disappoint.
Pros:

Good Clifton location. Staff very friendly. Having a parking space was good. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

Noisy bar below but the staff did give us a quiet room that was appreciated.

A decent place to rest your head
Pros:

Great location to the City Centre

Cons:

Very very dated. Bed sheets weren’t clean. Car park is outrageously tight, especially if the spaces fill after you arrive.
