Poor value for money overall. Get a grip of the housekeeping and cleaning, for goodness’ sake!
Pros:

Location excellent. Front desk staff Lovely and helpful, did not seem at all surprised at being told about the problem……. Moved our room immediately………almost as if they were expecting it!

Cons:

Dirty coverlet, dirty carpet, weedy shower steps everywhere so not good for those with impaired mobility m. Needless to say, we won’t be back!

Big disappointment for the price sorry we booked

Good central location , clean room , car parking . Breakfast was good .

Cons:

Wedding party going on when we arrived , no food available as all private , another wedding group in the evening.
Rooms very hot cannot open window no air con just a small desk fan . Dog in room next door constant barking left in room on own reported .
Couldn’t have a shower room was room was too small .
Outdated needs investment.
We found out bar and restaurant were not part of the hotel so priorities to private guests we were turned away . Went elsewhere.

Just really loved the place and would happily go back.
Pros:

It’s such a cool hotel in a fab location. It’s not the fanciest but it’s amazing for the price and the staff were just so friendly and helpful

Disappointing
Pros:

Some members of the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

When I arrived, I was offered a choice between a warm room and a noisy room. I opted for the warm room and after a while realised the only reason it was so warm was because the fridge was overheating and basically acting as a radiator. Seems like there was a lot of dust in the back of it, which prevented it from ventilating properly. Moreover, right in front of my room window, there was a large vent from the kitchen and the food smells kept drifting in. A staff member tried to convince me the smell was coming from the nearby apartments, which clearly wasn‘t true. The hairdryer in my room also did not work, although the staff allowed me to use the hairdryer in a different room. Overall, a rather disappointing stay.

Great hotel, very comfortable, ask for a room away from the bar bins!
Pros:

Great location, lovely to have a bar on site, room was clean and comfortable x

Cons:

We were woken by the bin collection each morning at 7am, it would have been nice for them to let us know so we could close the windows!
