Highly disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was ok

Cons:

Having a room next to pumping music that goes onto 11pm before going into the basement in the floor beneath until midnight when knackered. Curtains that were broken and allowed the room to flood with light by 5am. Tiny room/en-suite akin to student accommodation. £186! You get tonnes better value in central London. Sorry not good enough.

Lovely welcoming and comfortable hotel with a superb location
Pros:

The room was cosy and homely.A good size for Clifton area hotel accommodation very nice en-suite bathroom. Excellent location close to everything ! Yet hotel set back from the busyness providing a quiet and restful stay.

Cons:

It’ll be great when they finish refurbishing the cafe bar entrance area as it was it didn’t make a good first impression. Also in the room itself, some furniture was a little scratched up and not super clean.

The receptionist was wonderful.

Cons:

It was too hot in the room,not your fault,should have kept the window closed and curtains drawn. A blind rather than a curtain would work much better as there is no air circulating when the curtains are closed.

Buena ubicación, cerca de varias paradas de autobús de Victoria Rooms y a un paseo de unos 15 minutos a Clifton. Personal amable. Habitación muy luminosa, limpia y con cama cómoda. Escritorio de trabajo, TV con múltiples canales, buena wifi, minibar y equipo para té y café (con varias bolsas, azúcar, galletas, etc). Baño renovado.

Cons:

Hay un poco de ruido en la habitación del bar de debajo (sobre todo, cuando funciona la terraza exterior), pero cesa en cualquier caso antes de las 12 de la noche.

Pros:

The staff were all really lovely and welcoming. Great value and excellent vegan breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom a little tired and room was too warm.with a heavy duvet too. Able to open the window though, so minor issue.

Comfortable and good value for money.
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff, especially Liam and Flo on reception. We appreciated them finding quieter rooms. The rooms were clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. Clifton is a lovely area.

Cons:

My son found his room a little too warm for comfort.

Eine Perle mit einem einzigen Problem
Pros:

Das Hotel war super, die Leute nett und alles sehr charmant.

Cons:

Das große Problem ist der Krach vom Pub, der direkt unter dem Hotel liegt. Das Hotel ist wirklich super, aber dass diese Pub bis nach 12 Uhr Krach macht und das Hotel nichts dagegen tun kann ist schon unschön.
