Location, modern, clean and loads of parking. Service from staff was excellent, so many times it can be so obvious staff do not get appropriate training. This hotel displayed that staff certainly did get appropriate training as to how to treat hotel guests. It was so refreshing. Keep up your brilliant standard.
Lovely clean hotel, with a great hospitality team! Big shout out to all team members they were so helpful, one night cabs weren’t easy to get, but the night team managed to sort. Garima and team a great asset to the team! Only disappointing experience was that the team member at Breakfast seemed to not believe we had requested breakfast the night before!

No drinking water in the room, price of a pint was expensive and the Guinness was terrible the lines needed to be cleaned more regularly
