Very happy mostly. Lovely leafy part of Belfast. Breakfast coffee was 5 star!
Pros:

all was of very high standard. Excellent shower and bed was lovely

Cons:

The tour bus at 7.30am on Sunday morning outside to collect guests was not fun. It's engine idled for 45min and all the guests were talking on the top of their heads. So if you ask for a room not facing the entrance I would advise. Having the window open was necessary.

We have stayed here before it’s our 1st choice when visiting the north of Ireland.
Pros:

This hotel is modern, clean, rooms are cleaned daily, you can buy a nice selection of bar meals and drinks, breakfasts have excellent options, there is a on site restaurant if you want to book something special, all staff are friendly and professional. It’s nice to stay in a hotel that is close enough to reach the city of Belfast you don’t always want a hotel in the centre, it’s handy to get to the centre by public transport or by car.
Parking at the hotel is great.

Front of house reception fab, downstairs restaurant great, excellent food and service our waitress was a delight,

Cons:

Upstairs bar,staff didn't really want to be there,waited 15mins for wee girl to appear and when she did it seemed a bother to serve us, unhelpful and heedless

The rooms were very hot and you had no control over the temperature. Also we could hear the music from downstairs from the room so was a bit loud.

Very comfortable and convenient for a short stay.
Pros:

We were upgraded to a junior suite which was well appointed and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and location was handy to Belfast City Airport and only a short drive into the city.
