Clean property on site parking great experience
Only thing I’d change is the food in the restaurant attached to the hotel wasn’t the best food for the prices
check in was smooth and staff very welcoming, lots of car parking space available
food and drink prices at the lobby bar were way too high, experience further spoilt by a very large party being excessively loud and disruptive, whilst the bar staff asked them to quieten down, this only lasted a short time. we left a 8pm but the group kept being very noisy and letting their kids run up and down the corridors making noise until nearly 2am.
We recently visited the Stormont Hotel for the first time to try their Sunday carvery, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive.
The carvery itself was outstanding, a fantastic selection, everything was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the quality of the food and the overall experience. What really made it special was how relaxed and enjoyable the whole afternoon felt, and live music too. what a great touch.
As first-time visitors, we were made to feel completely at home, and nothing was too much trouble for the team, and I thought it was a really nice touch for the chef to walk the room and check in with everyone on how it is a very personable and appreciated approach.
We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend the Stormont Hotel Sunday carvery to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
Thank you for such a wonderful first visit!

Clean and modern
My room was too hot to sleep in and bed clothes were winter weight Sun was hot all day window was open Curtins were open too hot to sleep in and there was no change of room available no air con
Location was ok
Service was poor. Food at break was very average
The hotel is modern and tasteful with staff who are both efficient and lovely. Location excellent with direct access to Stormont Park. My room was an upgrade and exceptional. Spotless with an array of toiletries, fluffy white towels and robe. Bed was fabulous and I slept for 9 hours on my first night, refreshed to face the next day and enjoy Belfast.
Absolutely nothing!
First stay in Stormont Hotel. Probably the worst breakfast experience we have had at any hotel. We were in at 9am by which time the cooked food had been sitting for some time. Overcooked scrambled eggs, dried up fried bread and cold bacon. Little left of continental breakfast items. It all smacked of a couldn't care less attitude.
The location
The staff were excellent
Lovely room
No air conditioning as the weather was lovely
