Pros:

To pay for a Breakfast that have no options in the meat category other than pork is unacceptable, especially, when you have high blood pressure issues. Even worst i started my stay with a flooded due to the air conditioner leaking.

Okay but needs improvement for sure
Pros:

I was a guest at the DoubleTree July 2026 Upon checking in, our room had a leak in the toilet that maintenance was unable to fix. We had to be relocated to a different room and there were no more king rooms so we were placed in a queen room. We were told that due to booking on a third party website they could not offer any discounts or further rectification for the problem.

We woke up to the ceiling in our “new” room leaking all over the beds and nightstands. Again, we were told that due to booking indirectly we could not be provided with anything other than another room switch.

Two room switches for a 3 night stay is unacceptable, not to mention that there has been no accommodations to remedy the situation.

Outside of that the rooms were clean and the lobby seemed well kept. Walls are thin so you are likely to hear people walking in the hallway and/or your neighbors.

Cons:

We had a leak from the ceiling in our room that wet the bed so much it couldn’t be slept in it was a puddle on the floor and some of our clothes were wet from it. No compensation for the inconvenience because they said we paid through a third party.

Staff was nice. Location was good. Shower pressure was good and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit was very loud and needed to crank volume on TV to hear it. At times it sounded like something was inside scratching to get out. Kept the room cold though.

The room was very nice. The bed was clean. Nice size TV. The bar area was very nice as well

Cons:

The bathroom soap was not replaced when opened. It was still wet from the previous guest I assume and just placed back in the box.

The front desk receptionist was a little discourteous.
