La ubicación

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento, las alfombras se ven manchadas y desgastadas, la cortina de la habitación que nos asignaron la tela estaba rota, el área del comedor sucio los pisos y en general le falta un buen mantenimiento y un desayuno más variado!!! No vimos a ningún personal dispuesto a atendernos a la hora del desayuno.

Close to Busch Gardens but not much else.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and staff were quick to move our room when we weren’t happy

Cons:

The rooms were not clean and had a musty smell. We also asked for them to change our sheets and towels and they did not. Housekeeping is not there all the time so there was no one there do this after we had called to let them know it had not been done.

Great location, was close to everywhere I planned to go. Excellent breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

The television in our room was damaged and barely responded to the remote. However the staff was very quick to address it.

Great location and staff, fun pool — but room and amenities fell short
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property was clean for the most part, and the saltwater pool was a definite highlight — a nice touch compared to standard chlorinated pools. The location was ideal, putting us close to everything we needed. Breakfast was good for what was offered, a nice start to the day.

Cons:

The room was quite cramped for the price. More notably, this property felt like it carries the Radisson name in branding only — the experience didn't match the standard I've come to expect from other Radisson hotels I've stayed at, which have consistently been much better.

A basic amenity that's now standard at most 2-star-and-up hotels — wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — was missing here. The on-site shop ("commissary") was also of little help if you forgot any essentials, as it only stocked snacks.

Additionally, there was a persistent smell of marijuana throughout the property, which was unpleasant and unexpected.

Overall, I'd recommend managing expectations if you're booking this property based on the Radisson name alone — it didn't live up to the brand's reputation in my experience.
