The room is spacious enough,but isn't clean for our stayed the elevator got broken and my Mom had an accident she fell down at the stairs nobody help us!!

The location was good.

Cons:

We booked two rooms. In the first room the bathroom light was out, the second room half the floor was soaked because of the air conditioning. The hotel was sold out so we couldn't stay in another room until the next day. There was hair all over the place in the bathroom. We finally got switched to another room and it smelled of mold. And the last day the elevator broke and we had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs.

Pros:

Close to Busch Gardens

Cons:

Not great. Carpet was wet in front of AC. Developed an order in the room come the 3rd day. Breakfast was a bare minimum. Left a day early.

Aceptable para ir a dormir una o dos noches

La ubicación

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento, las alfombras se ven manchadas y desgastadas, la cortina de la habitación que nos asignaron la tela estaba rota, el área del comedor sucio los pisos y en general le falta un buen mantenimiento y un desayuno más variado!!! No vimos a ningún personal dispuesto a atendernos a la hora del desayuno.
