It was very old. The room smelled old and worn. The pool was dirty and I had to clean it myself. The breakfast was the same every day.

Comfortable, good ammenities, could use some touchups.
Pros:

The included breakfast was good including hot food like scrambled eggs waffle maker and biscuits & gravy. The location was convenient for our needs, close to attractions shopping and dining. The A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No doubt this location has been well used, it's use shows through the cracked or chipped walls on the bathroom and the hallway carpet on our floor had a long spill stain running about halfway down the hall.

Location was good and easy to find

Cons:

Room was absolutely filthy smells like dog, carpets stained beds had no fresh bedding, 3 night stay and room was never cleaned or towels replaced. Poor breakfast, waffle mix was gone stale, hairs on the tongs for picking up the food. Dogs barking late at night. Gym room had a large hole in the wall and was very unsanitary. Would definitely not recommend.

Overpriced for condition
Pros:

The location was conveniently located to all the activities in Williamsburg.

Cons:

The hotel really needs an update. The carpets were dirty and stained. There was mold in the bathroom. The sink drain was stuck in the closed position so it wouldn't drain. The bed sinked in the middle. There was no hot water in the shower. Very over priced for the conditions.

This place is a dump, I would not recommend
Pros:

The shower gets piping hot and the pressure was good

Cons:

The building and rooms have a smell, hallways carpets are filthy, room walls are dirty with stiff smudged on them fingerprints and splattered stuff that has not been wiped down, bathroom has no ventilation and needs to be cleaned better , matters are nasty and need covers on them
