We stayed for a week amd enjoyed our stay. The staff was very courteous and friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok but if you want whole milk you need to get your own only had 2 percent.
The location was good with no long drive going to Colonial Williamsburg or Jamestowne.

Cons:

Low pressure in the shower.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. It was just what we needed and so close to everywhere we wanted to be.

There was a little mold in the corner of the bathroom and a crack in the bathroom ceiling

Decent but was somewhat disappointed with the maintenance and up keep of facility

It could use some upgrades but overall was a nice hotel.
Pros:

While I didn’t eat a lot of the big items for breakfast, I was very happy with the choice of proteins that were available to those who are watching what they eat. My kids loved the cereal, waffles, and bakery items. The juice and water in the juice machine, were fresh and cold. The location of the hotel was perfect compared to where we were going. A straight shot to Busch Gardens. It made it easy to drive back when your tired from spending the day at the park. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were just the right amount of fluffiness. For it being a pet friendly hotel, it was nice!! The other pet friendly hotels we’ve stayed in, in the same area, were not as nice as this one. There was absolutely no problems from noise from other people. The staff was great! They were willing and able to fix the problems in one of our family members room.

Cons:

There could have been more lighting in the room but the natural light through the window was nice. The shower head was a little low but given the low ceilings, it was expected. The AC system in the rooms definitely need an upgrade. You can’t run the air condition and the fan at the same time so it gets pretty toasty in a short amount of time.
