Would not recommend. Seems like a trap house more than a hotel
Pros:

Ladies at the front desk were great for the situation they were experiencing.

Cons:

Disgusting rooms, broken AC units, dirty sheets still on bed, questionably large stains on couch in room, keys didn’t work so we had to get let into our room by some random person who MAY be a staff member, switched to new room because ours was not cleaned

If you like clean this is not the place
Pros:

Good size room and had good amenities. Was close to Colonial Williamsburg and pet friendly. Decent breakfast selection. Had needed necessary toiletries. Staff was efficient. Prlace was ok for one night. But would strangle to stay here longer...

Cons:

Cleanliness is not this hotel specialty...they need new carpet and it felt wet.... I used the fitness center only have to ask for sanitizer wipe which they didn't have and gave us a bottle and towel to clean the equipment instead. All the corners where dust can be is filled with dust. There were boxes just stack up in the elevator hallways. Plus, outside dog poop trash bin haven't been empty in a while. For some strange reason our microwave wasn't plug in but I was not about to touch that carpet so we just didn't use it. They seem to only clean the most use areas of the rooms and nothing else?

Pros:

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Our (adult) children enjoyed the pool and gym.

The one bed was broken and the other had stains all over the mattress. The bedding had stains and what looked like a blood droplet on it. The carpet flooring was stained & clearly had not been cleaned in a while. There was mold growing in the bathroom corner tile. There were marks on the walls and the one chair had a giant stain on it's cushion. The manager didn't care about the problems & acted like we were causing a scene when we voiced our opinions.

Upon checking in the guy at the front desk I didn’t catch his name, but he was very nice and welcoming. He joked around with us and let us know the things that were there to do and I also like that the hotel was not far from things to do or places to eat and I like that it was peaceful. Overall, we are from New Jersey so it’s allowed in the city like here, so it was very nice to get away to a place that was peaceful and quiet. Also, the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have any issues with them which was nice. I didn’t get a chance to try their breakfast, but it smelled amazing.

Cons:

The room wasn’t exactly the cleanest. Whenever I go to hotels I always inspect the room. I look carefully at the bed or any furniture when I lifted the little couch that was in our room under the cushion it was very much stained. I can’t tell if it was coffee or something was spilled, but it was, not pleasant. The office chair that was in the room was missing a wheel so when I sat in the chair I almost fell so that was a little unfortunate. I only got in the pool once due to the fact that it wasn’t clean, it was kind of like this filmy stuff in it And I didn’t want to risk getting sick so I stayed out of it after the one time and lastly, the beds were a little too firm for us which means sleeping a little uncomfortable and there was a crack in the shower. I’m not sure if maybe someone fell or something was pushed against it, and there was also a tear in the curtain in the window. The elevators are a little slow, but that’s one of the lower in things. They definitely need to work on their cleanliness and repairing some things.
