Quiet luxury, timeless elegance, impeccable service.

MO Hyde Park went above and beyond to make our stay an unique experience and made my birthday memorable; an upgrade to the Hyde Park Suite was truly a special and delightful treat.

The birthday dessert and drinks awaiting us in our suite put a smile on my face!

I love this hotel
Pros:

Wonderful weekend for us both, lovely upgradebto the suite, breakfast in bed, gorgeous spa, Dinner later thanks to you all. Concierge was so kind.

Not a patch on last year
Pros:

I attended an event here in June. It was the same event that I had attended the June before.

I can't say I was disappointed, but it wasn't as good as last year.

The security man on the door was very helpful, friendly and professional, but the other staff didn't seem a patch on last year.

The room was set up beautifully and we had access to the Terrace overlooking the park, for pre-lunch drinks. The food was ALSO lovely and our wine and water glasses were topped up now and then.

The food was a long time between courses but I am unsure if that was the event or the catering. Either way I didn't care for it.

I wIll return next year, but if it doesn't improve next year, I will think again before reattending.

Pros:

Расположение отеля идеальное: с одной стороны рядом с насыщенной городской жизнью, с другой стороны отличная, тихая, зеленая зона Гайд-парка. Очень доброжелательный персонал, хорошие и разнообразные завтраки. Наличие в номере стимера - это просто великолепно, позволяет оперативно сделать вещи аккуратными.

Cons:

Комнаты с окнами во внутренний "колодец" создают мрачное впечатление. Необходимо брать комнаты с видом на парк (что, конечно, гораздо дороже, но оно того стоит).

It was normal stay but not for the money we paid

Comfortable and memorable stay here. Best location ever. Love to be back.
Pros:

Location and beautiful decor. Nice and friendly Staff.

Cons:

Quite difficult to find the swimming pool. Because it is located in the basement which needs a different Lift. I had to walk past through the spa. The corridor was also quite dimly lit. But the swimming pool and the gym are top notch.

an unforgettable experience - a wonderful hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

this was the 2nd time my wife and i have stayed at the hotel but the first with our son who is disabled and in a wheelchair. we were celebrating his birthday. from the time we got out of our taxi to us sadly leaving to head home all the staff were so friendly, accommodating and empathetic. a special shout to Hudson the house manager and the porters who made our stay so memorable. the icing on the cake was the upgrade to a huge luxurious Hyde Park facing suite, which was so unexpected and such an exceptional and unforgettable experience.
