J’ai particulièrement apprécié la grande superficie de la chambre ainsi que la qualité de la literie, vraiment confortable.

Cons:

Mon coffre‑fort ne fonctionnait pas et, bien que le personnel ait été très aimable au départ, il m’a finalement laissé trois jours sans solution. Cela m’a même obligé à refuser le nettoyage quotidien, puisque je ne pouvais pas sécuriser mes effets personnels.

Estava muito limpa e o quarto principal bem arrumado.

Cons:

Precisávamos de cama para 3 pessoas. O sofá cama para a terceira pessoa era pessimo!! Parecia estar direto na mola. O colchão era de “papel”

Embassy Suites O'Hare - the best of the best !
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Rooms were very nice. Conference center (specifically the "Board Room") accommodated my group very nicely. Working with Angela (Executive Meetings Manager) was fabulous. She made the planning, a/v needs, billing and banquet selections flawless. This was set up very professionally and I will plan to have more meetings there.
