Pros:

I liked that the front desk made us feel like family. They knew our name and were expecting us. We had a glitch with the fridge and coffee maker in our room, but the attendants dealt with it immediately and got it resolved. The housekeeping staff was also very accommodating.

Great location to the cruise ship and area was safe and the room and breakfast was awesome.

Hilton Honor Fidelity
Pros:

The breakfast area and persons work there; they were very kind and professionals.

Cons:

I requested a late check out but the person in front of me was not empathic, I have been Hilton honor fidelity for more that 26 years and nothing import for her. I just need late check out until 2 pm.

Pros:

Liked that they had an on sight restaurant, where we had a freash hot breakfast every morning, & we had dinner there 2 nights as well. Good food. Pool & gym was easily accessible, parking was in a covered over garage which helped keep the car from getting too hot. Rooms were pretty clean.

Cons:

Laundry facilities could have had extra washers & dryers in a bigger room. As well a little too pricey.
Couldn't spend "ANY" time in the lobby as the smell of fabreez was too overpowering, an all day long thing. Room was a loittle dark, needed a little more light,
