A great landing spot!
Pros:

THE BEST OF THE BEST!
Pros:

This is the first hotel in years that I felt all the way around safe, comfortable, the staff was GREAT! I loved our 6th floor housekeeper, such a sweetheart. We stayed for 3 nights and I seriously have not one complaint.

Cons:

The airport is right around the corner and the airplanes ascending constantly is obnoxious!

Great for the price
Pros:

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the price was reasonable, everything was clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful; I rarely sleep when I’m away from home but I slept Like a baby. The continental breakfast was huge!

The satff was very friendly and the fact that it's cross the street from Mall Of America...

Cons:

The room that I was in had drywall hanging down from the ceiling, carpet was very very dirty and could stand some cleaning and mildew on the tile around the bathtub. There's no way that room should have been the price that I payed...

Pros:

Always have stayed here and love it. Staff is excellent and so is the hotel.

Cons:

Stayed on 3rd floor and did not get much sleep people were slamming doors and yelling all night.

I thought the breakfast was good.....staff was awesome.....shuttle drivers very friendly and accommodating . I would definitely stay again

Cons:

I didn't like the delivery person having free roam of the hotel....Today's world it is not safe. I think if a guest wants to order take out then meet them in the lobby.....also, the size of the hotel there should be a washer and dryer on each floor.
