We took the 5am shuttle to the airport and "cold" breakfast food was available starting before our shuttle. Food items that were ready included bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, cereal, coffee, etc. couple hundred yards walking distance to Mall of America

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early without any problems. We lost one of our hotel keys and was easily replaced. Nice selection for breakfast.

The mini fridge in the room made a loud, high-pitched whining sound every time it came on. I barely slept the whole night.

Pretty dated property
We love that there were two restaurants connected to the hotel and we didn’t need to leave the building to get there. We also enjoyed the proximity to the Mall of America and the Outlet Mall. It’s a perfect location! Oh, how can I forget the breakfast! The best complimentary breakfast, always fresh and very tasty. There were options available for almost every palette.
Only one complaint… we had connecting rooms, and one of the rooms had a strong mildew smell. I think it was in the carpet. However the property management and staff were very accommodating and worked to resolve the issue, including changing the air filters and trying to clean and disinfect the space.

Room was a little tired closet doors were showing wear and tear along with bathroom vanity probably time for an upgrade.
