Excellent location, staff, and everything else!
Pros:

Good breakfast. GREAT location. Friendly helpful staff. I will book again next time i find myself in the area.

Cons:

Rooms could use updated, but we're clean and comfortable so no complaints here!

Won’t stay here again.

Cons:

Carpets and furniture were deeply stained.
The sheets were polyester and not cotton and were therefore very hot to sleep under.
There was no sheet curtain on the windows so when the drapes were open people in the other tower could see into my room.
Some of the front staff was either rude or indifferent.
My room was cleaned once in 4 days.
The first time I made a reservation here I was driving in very late in the evening/early morning. I called to confirm I would be arriving around 5am. When I arrived they gave away my room. Thought I’d give them another try. Batting 0-2

Very convenient to MSP airport. room was large and clean. Bathroom was ok needed some upgrades.
Pros:

The shuttle driver took us to a restaurant and the front desk told us about a great place nearby.

Cons:

When we arrived at the airport to drop off our rental car the shuttle from hotel took 1 hour to come. They went to the wrong terminal for pickup and then went back to hotel. I called and asked where they were and they said we weren't there so it was another 30 mins. to come back. That evening the other driver was great and getting to the airport for our flight was great.

Pros:

This hotel was in a decent location with shopping and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The rooms was outdated versus what the pictures reflected. The thermostat was not adjustable and with it being hot out that meant it was hot inside our room.

It’s always a nice day there and it’s close to the mall. Staff is great!
Pros:

I love the breakfast and proximity to the mall was great. Free parking was also nice.

Cons:

They did not have major service on the weekends, but we still managed to get more towels and more trash bags. It was also a little noisy being so close to the patio as people were out there at 12:30 AM talking. They did go in though which was nice.

This was good but cancelled by my bad experience expressed below

Cons:

It’s been 9 days and I haven’t received my deposit refund. Front desk said can’t do anything about it, it’s my bank. When I pressed her she hung up on me. I’ll never stay here again
