easy access to Mall of America and to public transportation to Minneapolis downtown
First night a room besides the noisy elevator. Asked for a room change at 10pm, but "not possible", after one difficult night "possible", most staff are nice, but in that first evening not enabling a room change was really bad!

Housekeeper were so kind and always offered extra towels. The was an older man who drives the shuttle he was very kind and a young black woman at the front desk who was very helpful with water for my baby
Most of the staff at the front desk were rude. Starting with our check in. The shuttle drive into the hotel was rude had road rage. The hotel pantry/store didn't have water bottles so I asked for warm water to make my baby's bottles and one of the front desk older man said no be ause after 10 pm they don't offer water. The lady at breakfast with glasses was also very aggressive. Each morning she would be passing by almost bumping us. Rolling her eyes. Grunting. Cutting us off as we're walking. I dont think we would be staying there again in the future
The location was perfect, close to the airport, within walking distance to the Mall of America and has two restaurants connected, TGI Fridays and IHOP!
The staff at the front desk was very helpful and professional, the location was perfect for shopping and spending time with my family. The room had some stains on the carpet but overall nice room. The ac worked, mini fridge worked great. Tv remote struggled a bit but overall worked well. The breakfast was great. Room service attendants were very friendly and willing to provide towels as needed. My family and I will stay at this location again.
Excellent location near the airport. Staff was super friendly and much appreciated.
Our room was on the 6th floor right next to the elevator. We were exhausted and able to sleep, but the constant elevator noise wasn't great.
Room was clean, but the carpets were not.
However, this was ok considering it's a very busy location and turnover is probably quite fast and high.
Close to mall
Couldn't open the curtain because it didn't have a liner for privacy we was on the first floor people were sitting on benches outside our window

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Front desk staff was very nice. It’s close to IHOP and easy to get to the Mall of America. Parking was good, but you have to claim a spot in the afternoon, they fill up fast. All in all, we would stay again.
Stayed walking distance from the famous Mall of America. Felt private enough but not secluded. Clean in and around hotel area. Room was clean and organized. Had all advertised amenities. Reasonably priced when compared to other cheaper places that don’t offer the same things. Breakfast included definitely is a plus. Felt nice a quiet with enough ambient noise that still was comfortable. Front desk was friendly and inviting.
