Ok for short stay but no more than 3-4 days
Pros:

The breakfast deal was good. It’s at the diner next door and though tasty ypu only have 4 options to choose from. Staff were nice and room was clean. Quiet.

Cons:

Grounds are terrible. No landscaping, nowhere to just sit outside and get some fresh air. Not sure the external doors in some spots would have locked unless you pull them closed. Huge hotel and just 1 elevator that is very small. Could be an issue if really busy. Some shoddy workmanship - eg some of the door frames into room aren’t well sodered in place . Also buildings have industrial look.

Poor. The staff was unresponsive, and refused to compensate me for the above problems.
Cons:

I had to argue to get the breakfast I had paid for in my reservation.
There was no hot water on Thurs. evening when I arrived. I called the front desk. No one answered. I left a message. There was never any response.
Fri. morning, the only shower temperature available was scalding hot, and I was unable to take a shower. This appears to have been my room only.

Pros:

Close to my route.

Cons:

Tepid water for a shower, the bath mat was damp. The entire room was damp including the rug. Tiny lumpy pillows.

Great value with lots of perks
Pros:

Our two room suite was the perfect size for my family. Full sized refrigerator was great for our vacation snacks and leftovers. Having the Roundabout Diner was very convenient and their food was exceptional.
The kids loved the pool, the hotel itself was quiet and the location was perfect for all our planned activities.

Cons:

The in room refrigerator was a little on the loud side, but that is a very minor issue
It was a little disappointing that the televisions didn't have an HDMI port as my children were traveling with their video games and couldn't play them on the tv. Again, minor issue.

Disappointed with hotel
Pros:

Close to the center of Portsmouth NH. Had a great diner next to it. The coffee maker in the lobby was good. 😊

Cons:

Stayed on two separate occasions. The first time was ok. The second time there was no hot water in mine or my friends room. We told management but they appeared uninterested The rooms look worn and outdated Also they charged 50.00 for incidentals on my credit card. The charge took days to be refunded.

Pros:

The restaurant in the motel

Cons:

When booking online. hotel did not mention anything about paying for room damage fee or fee for showing up early for my booked rooms. Lobby coffee was very weak. Hard to communicate with lobby staff. Television channels were terrible ones that were listed in book were not available. Beds were not comfortable.
