Pros:

Das Essen - sowohl im Restaurant als auch an der Strandbar - war sehr gut. Es gab eine sehr große Auswahl und man konnte quasi rund um die Uhr essen. Der Fitnessraum war modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Massage im Spa war traumhaft. Am Strand gibt es reichlich Liegen.

Cons:

Das Hotel und leider auch das Nachbarhotel sind sehr laut. Es läuft permanent Musik bis ca. 23/23:30 Uhr. Ein ruhiges Plätzchen zum Lesen gibt es quasi nicht. Die Liegen am Pool sind bis spätestens 9 Uhr besetzt/reserviert. Das Personal ist wenig aufmerksam und nicht besonders freundlich. Das Zimmer wird zwar jeden Tag gereinigt, aber die Handtücher wurden innerhalb meines 1-wöchigen Aufenthalts nicht gewechselt, sondern einfach wieder zusammengelegt.

Pláž, restaurace a bar na pláži

Cons:

Jídelna, obzvláště personál sklízejíce jídlo na minutu přesně, některé jídlo se schovává ještě před koncem, dále uklízení ještě přes skončením, chystaní stolů na snídani v průběhu večeře, no toto jsem v žádném jiném hotelu neviděla… chápu, že když je večeře do 9, tak v 9 již není možné si další jídlo vzít, ale snad by mohl host své jídlo vklidu dojíst… v tomto hotelu ne, zhasne se světlo, naběhne všechen personál, začne uklízet a mýt podlahu a když přijdete na večeři v 8, tak nenajdete ani jeden stůl prostřený na večeři, všechny uklizené jsou nachystány již na snídani

Pros:

L’hôtel était très propre, décoration moderne. La nourriture très très bonne, beaucoup de variétés. Le personnel sympa et discret. L’hôtel était calme. Il y a 2 piscines et pour accéder à la plage, il y a un minibus tous les 10 minutes sinon à pied c’est à 5 minutes de l’hôtel. L’hôtel est proche des rues commerçantes. Il y a régulièrement des minibus qui passent devant l’hôtel pour partir au centre ville.

Cons:

Il y a vraiment un manque d’animation le soir pour les adultes. L’équipe des animateurs à améliorer, car très faible. On ne sait pas les déterminés avec leurs tenues vestimentaires.
L’hôtel voisin met de la musique très fort en soirée jusque 23h30, du coup impossible de dormir avant.

Food was pretty good, if rather repetitive.

Cons:

Nice holiday but not restful in any way. Loud music until 11:30 each night. Changed room to go to the quieter side but it made very little difference. Reception desk seemed indifferent - they implied we should have known before choosing the hotel.

Legjobb ár-érték arányú pihenés
Pros:

Nagyon szép és modern környezet. Reggeli-ebéd-vacsora fantasztikus, hatalmas választékkal. Nagyon kedves pincérek és személyzet.
Tiszta szobák, minden nap takarítás és minibár feltöltés.

Cons:

Egyáltalán nem vett el a hely értékéből és bármikor szívesen megyek majd vissza, de azért leírom.
Napközben a medence vagy a strandon történő pihenést zavarta az “Entertainment team” állandó hangoskodása és mindenféle játékra való invitálása.
Nagyon szép medence kapcsolatos szobát kaptunk, de ennek megvolt a hátránya is sajnos. Az esti műsorok/koncertek/játékok(bingo) iszonyatosan hangosak voltak. Este 11 óráig minden nap ezt kellett hallgatni, aludni biztos nem lehetett.
Sajnos a szobánkban egyszer-egyszer esténként erős csatorna szag lett, aminek nem tudtuk az okát.

Abgesehen von dem arroganten Auftreten einiger weniger Mitarbeiter war das Personal im Allgemeinen sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (Tagesschicht) sollten jedoch lösungsorientierter sein. Dass einem Gast als Antwort auf eine Frage einfach eine Telefonnummer in die Hand gedrückt wird, mit dem Hinweis, man solle dort selbst anrufen und das klären, ist mir so zum ersten Mal passiert.
Die Dame, die ständig im Restaurant herumlief (ich vermute, sie war die Chefkellnerin), war sehr herablassend und äußerst arrogant. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren dagegen schlichtweg super. Die Pools sind leider im Verhältnis zur Kapazität des Hotels zu klein. Was das Essen betrifft, muss ich sagen, dass es routinemäßig immer das Gleiche gab.

Pros:

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und erfüllte alle Wünsche. Auch die Livemusik war sehr unterhaltsam. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker.
Die Lage ist perfekt zum Bummeln oder zum Strand.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
