Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir in der Gegend zu tun hatten.

We had a great stay!
Pros:

This place was quiet, comfortable, the staff is so helpful, the location is close to public transportation, groceries, and it's clean.

Cons:

One of our twin beds was nonconforming, and was not as comfortable as the regular twin bed. Also, the wifi is spotty.

Ausgezeichnete Lage!
Pros:

Die Zimmer zur Gartenseite liegen absolut ruhig. Es gibt zwar kein Frühstück im Hotel, dafür liegt der nächste Bäcker nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Weiterer Vorteil ist die Nähe zur U-Bahn, mit der man in ca. 18 min. am Marienplatz ist.

Cons:

Ohne Hinweis auf der Internet Seite kein Frühstück mehr, bei gleichen Preisen. Auch über Booking oder ähnliche Seiten keine Info dazu. Ich war oft hier, aber jetzt zum letzten Mal. Anderen Gästen ging es ebenso.

Aber alles in Allem OK, mit einigen Abstrichen
Pros:

Es gab leider kein Angebot zum Frühstück. Nur Selbstbedienung am Münzautomaten.

Cons:

Keine Toiletten in unserem Apartement. Leider musste man raus in den Gang zur Gemeinschaftstoilette und darauf hoffen, dass nicht besetzt war.

Pros:

ein schnuckeliges kleines Hotel in einem schönen Garten. Schöne angenehme Terasse, nette, freundliche Angestellte.
Mein Zimmer ging zur Straße raus, deshalb ist es nicht so ruhig gewesen.
Das Bett nicht komfortabel, die Einrichtung in Ordnung. Sehr sauber alles.
Ich werde dort gerne wieder sein.
