Not very satisfactory for $300 per night.
Pros:

The check in staff were very polite. The breakfast staff were very nice. The room was clean.

Cons:

It is in a very rough area of town. We had checked in 3 guests but only towels for 2 was provided. There was no bedding for sofa bed provided. It took 4 calls to get sheets blankets and pillows. We had to show staff what top sheet was. Very disappointed in housekeeping service or lack thereof.

Location was perfect and I had a very comfortable restful night in a clean and spacious room

Cons:

I wanted to use the fitness room but I could not get the door to unlock, I didn't want to bother with going to front desk as they were very busy so I just gave up
