Pros:

Идеальное месторасположение. Метро рядом. Персонал дружелюбный. Завтраки вкусные (йогурт очень вкусный). Номера хорошие. Все необходимые косметические принадлежности есть. И даже маски для лица.

Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Struttura veramente bella, a disposizione per gli ospiti ci sono maschere viso, creme ecc.. la stanza abbastanza ampia e lo staff davvero disponibile. Posizione dell’hotel in una zona molto bella ed elegante di Osaka, lontana dal caos delle vie più conosciute.

Tutto perfetto! Hotel in ottima posizione, proprio sopra la fermata della metropolitana. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima. Mettono a disposizione anche un buffet per la colazione senza aggiungere niente! Staff gentile e disponibile

Decent stay in Osaka
Pros:

Good hotel room. Appropriate size for Japanese cities. Decent location, with the hotel above a metro station

Cons:

Rooms are dated, and quite beaten up by the amount of tourists that have come through the property. Needs a refurbishment

Pros:

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Block out blind was superior. Shower had instant warm water and great pressure. Great experience on bidet. Great ice and water machine.
Staffs were very kind. It was the best having subway station underground and Family mart.
We would like to stay next time as well!

People can be wonderful but small room, poor gym, poor menu suggest a maximum score of 7.

Reccomended option for Osaka
Pros:

Excellent staff with good knowledge of English. Hotel just above the metro station and very close to city center. Very clean room (every day cleaning). Comfortable room with spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast with many options on food, fruits, drinks. Free coffee anytime of the day.

Had a great stay, and a good nights sleep after walking all day around Osaka. Good location and the staff were lovely.
Pros:

Very close to train station, design was not boring.

Cons:

The water wasn’t on every level, the smoking room was very small.
