Lovely big hotel, lots of ambiance and close to canal with lots of restaurants. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful and great breakfast. We had a DJ playing on our last night so it was nice to chill after a few big days!

The breakfast was very good and provided lots of choice. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and the facilities and amenities were outstanding.

The location to Kitahama station is very convenient. The overall hotel is in superb condition, and the staff was extremely helpful.
The rooms are a little small, but that is not a deciding factor when I return to Osaka as most rooms in Japan compare in size.

The hotel is located in Kitahama, a quiet an upscale area of Osaka. The kitahama station is next to the hotel conveniently. Staff is very helpful and attentive . Rooms are a bit small but consideing lack of space in Japan , they are nice . Breakfast was outstanding .
