Great lounge, nice staff, and great breakfast.
Pros:

The building is great, and the facilities and breakfast are really good. The lounge is nice, and the location is good.

Pros:

Het hotel heeft een prachtige lounge waar je gezellig iets kan drinken. Er wordt 's avonds live muziek gespeeld in de vorm van een DJ-set. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt is echt heerlijk. De kamer is groot, proper en voldoet ruim aan de verwachtingen. Top hotel!

Good stay for the price
Pros:

It is just above the Kitahama Metro station then it is easy on moving to everywhere in Osaka

Cons:

Breakfast more less, pillows very hard… a window from the room with a wall of another building as view… no nice

Awesome stay great value! Will come back again.
Pros:

We had great stay! Everything and everywhere is so clean. I have asked more firm pillows they did provided them in my room which really helps my sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot and water pressure was strong. Breakfast offered a lot of international food. Right beside the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast off more of Japanese food instead majority food they offered were international.

整體來說，是很不錯的住宿體驗
Pros:

1.住宿交通方便，離地鐵站很近。
2.附近有全家、7-11、Lawson還有FRESCO超市，購買很方便。
3.飯店二樓有提供備品，很貼心。
4.住宿店家幫忙安排了一間很安靜的房間，非常感謝。

La migliore struttura del mio soggiorno in Giappone
Pros:

L'hotel è molto pulito, le stanze sono mediamente spaziose rispetto gli standard giapponesi, il bagno ero molto ampio e aveva i comfort necessari. Accessorio top disponibile in tutte le stanze: dispositivo per vapore facciale per la pulizia del viso. Alla reception erano disponibili sempre maschere viso, kit per la skincare, rasoi, elastici capelli, fasce capelli, dischetti di cotone, etc.
Ai piani disponibili: area lavanderia self service con asciugatrice, stireria(con ferro verticale e ferro classico), erogatore dell'acqua. Accanto all'entrata dell'hotel c'è l'ingresso alla metropolitana, la struttura ha quindi una posizione pazzesca per raggiungere ogni destinazione della citta in pochi minuti. Accanto all'ingresso si trova anche un minimarket della catena Family Mart dove è possibile comprare ogni genere di alimento, ritirare tramite ATM, etc.

Alles top, würden wieder hier buchen!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, wirklich direkt an der U-Bahn Station (wenn man den richtigen Ausgang findet!)
Alles sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet.
Lobby sehr ansprechend, auch mit kostenlosem Wasser und Kaffee und Co.

Cons:

Einziges Manko ist die Größe des Zimmers - wie überall in Japan ist das Zimmer einfach sehr klein und mit zwei großen Koffern ist es etwas schwierig und unpraktisch. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
Und die Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Zimmern ist durch die Klimaanlage extrem niedrig - man kann sich aber einen Luftbefeuchtern ausleihen!
