we had a blast.

Good room, terrifying elevators

3 elevators were broken at first, they wouldn’t say why, I’ve had previous experience with getting stuck in an elevator and it is a trauma for me and my WORST fear, so bad my husband and I walked up 21 flights of stairs to avoid the elevators for the first day. After that one of the elevators made a horrible squeal all the way up and I refused to get back on it. I might sound crazy but it was terrifying at the top floor. The lack of communication was very upsetting.

Enjoyed our stay here for two nights in a King Mini Suite.
Pros:

I upgraded my room to a king mini suite, The space was amazing, very nice room and was quite quiet for being on the 8th floor. The couch and extra chair was uncomfortable 9very hard) but we made it work. We were traveling for a medical surgery at Mountain View Hospital. Luckily my husband didn't need to stay overnight there and could enjoy the hotel. We had a lovely dinner at the Yard House restaurant.

Cons:

Couch was very hard to sit on, the club chair was also very firm. We made it work.

Great job on the renovating

I liked that we didn’t need to leave the hotel! All the restaurants we ate in was good! Everyone was very accommodating to our needs!

It was nice and clean.

Cons:

I reserved 3 rooms for 1 day 2 of the rooms A/C unit would not turn off all night long and one of the rooms the A/C unit would make laud noise when it was turning on. Could not sleep all night long I think I should get a refund for 2 rooms!! I was too tired to call the front desk and too busy to check to see if they worked correctly. That’s not my job. I am the customer.. I was here to visit my very sick and dying uncle not to have fun..
