Pros:

I loved the proximity to the University of WI and the parking onsite. I do not like paying for the parking but I understand it is Madison and the lack of parking is an issue. The lobby is very nice, the bar is awesome, the rooms are also very nice so I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was REALLY OUTSTANDING! I have never had such a helpful staff at the front desk. Usually I see anywhere from a bit rude to okay. The staff at the desk, no matter what time I was there, was fantastic.

Cons:

My hallway was noisy at times - we were right by the elavator and the ice machine. That's not really a hotel issue though. The shower has that super awkward handle where it takes forever for the water to get hot and then it's crazy hot and there's the typical low pressure you can't overcome. It's just a typical issue with all hotels though.

המיקום מצויין. המלון אסתטי ונקי והצוות סימפטי ועוזר.
אבל - בארוחת הבקר אין מגוון וחמור מזה - אין ירקות כלל. בשנים האחרונות רוב המלונות הכירו בערך הגשת הירקות בארוחת הבקר והיה מפתיע לגלות שמלון ברמה של Double Tree עוד לא הפנים את זה..

Cons:

מעבר להערות על ארוחת הבקר, חסר במקלחת telephone shower שזה אביזר חיוני מאד ומפתיע לגלות שזה חסר במלון הזה.

The staff were absolutely amazing..so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Bri, Mary and Patrick at the bar..who really looked after us. All the receptionists welcomed us everytime we passed the desk.
