Room & hotel was clean and staff was extremely kind & provided lots of recommendations. Michael and Raul at Starbucks were very nice as well. There is everything around you that you can think of so excellent location. Hotel was 20min from Disney which was super convenient without paying the price for being so close. Overall, very happy with our visit.

The hotel is located in good location near the highway system. It is well maintained, clean, and cared for by the company. The staff is well trained and polished. The rooms are very nice and bathroom is super clean. The bistro is excellent offering enough meals to stay in for dinner as well as drinks. However if you like more choices, there are variety of restaurants 200 yards from the hotel.

Hotel is good but it’s always the staff that makes it better. Our Server/bartender Monica was super nice. Took care of our breakfast custom made to accommodate kids. Very professional and a nice person! And Raul was the cook that made it happen. Thank you to both.
Michael and Raul provided great service for my family and I. They both gave us the food very quickly and tasted very good. Michael was very attentive getting everything for us, getting dishes out the way once we were done. I appreciate them greatly. Thank you to them!
Dated hotel but clean and friendly staff. Odd noise at night next to my room around 10:30 pm. Tried calling the front desk but no answer.
Michael and Raul did an excellent job helping us out. The breakfast sandwich was delicious! 10/10 would recommend.
I was there for an overnight stay on business. The service was friendly and the team went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I arrived late. The Bistro was just closing up but Mwinji asked the kitchen team if they could make something that did not require firing up the grill. It may have been because I was hungry or the TLC the team was showing me in that moment, but that was one of the best chicken caesar salads ever! The room was cozy and very clean. the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area. Many thanks to Mwinji and the team for making my stay nothing short of exceptional!
The iron didn't work in my room, called down for replacement - none arrived. Came back late Thursday to discover I'd been kicked out of my room, despite having a reservation for 2 nights. No one knew where my stuff was, took an hour just to get me a new room. Finally, they handed the clothes I had left in my room to me in a large plastic bag in the lobby - toiletries missing, and still never recovered. Just a horrendous experience.
We’re staying for 9 nights in the area visiting family and friends. The hotel is in a great location with reasonable rates, free parking (a big plus in this area!), easy access to good restaurants and freeway close.
The room and bed are comfortable although I’d probably upgrade to a suite if I stayed for a long visit again.
The lack of a free breakfast is a downside. For convenience we bought the breakfast (Bistro) package that offers several freshly prepared hot dishes, it worked well for us since we’re early risers.
My only suggestion is that they offer a large rather than small coffee. A small expense for them but a benefit to many customers.
The best part of the breakfast was Michael - the host. He’s a friendly and professional man who made our mornings a pleasure. He goes out of his way to take care of guests. The hotel is fortunate to have him.
