Pros:

Very clean, last minute availability, close to where we needed to go.

Cons:

The bed felt like you were sinking in and like the box spring was broke or something. The air in the room felt super damp, even the carpet felt sticky like it was damp. The people staying above us had kids or something that ran, jumped and stomped non stop until almost midnight, then started back up again before 6 AM. Also at about 4 AM both myself and my daughter were woken up by a very loud noise that sounded like someone had rammed into our door and then kept rattling the door handle. Not a great experience. We barely had any sleep and had driven for over an hr and a half to get there just so we could get some sleep before my daughter's very important Neurological appointment.

I tried to inquire the room rate and asked them to give me an invoice while I was staying here. They said they will email me later and never did and charged us the way too much. I called the hotel in advance to confirm the date and the total room charge but it never went through.

Pros:

PROS: A/C was excellent (but loud), great shower and water pressure, decent beds

Cons:

CONS: Front desk felt more like walking into a back room somewhere. Lobby area smelled like weed. Room appeared clean but didn’t “feel clean” - missed details, dirt on comforter, floor etc. Had to deal with a plugged toilet for the remainder of our stay bc staff couldn’t find a plunger. We cancelled our second night because we couldn’t shake the “icky” feeling.
