Warner Center Marriott Woodland Hills

Great hotel stay. Amenities are excellent with beautiful indoor and outdoor pools. Great restaurants. Ashley’ our bellman went above and beyond to be helpful. Also the housekeepers on the 12th floor both on the day shift (I forgot her name) and Brittany on the evening shift were superlative.

Ashley the bellman was a great host, polite and so knowledgeable of the area. Gave us great dinner recommendations. Already looking forward to our next visit, catching back up with him soon.

Absolutely perfect in every way. The bellman Ashley was incredibly helpful, the maids and staff were superb, the M club lounge was a great perk. All around one of my favorite hotel experiences.

The Marriott Warner Center is a very fine hotel. It’s an efficient, very clean and well maintained property but what stood out most was the service excellence we received from Reyna Martinez specifically. My wife and I stayed at the hotel during the Pre & Post-Op period of my wife’s knee surgery and Reyna went above and beyond to make sure my wife was accommodated with convenient and comfortable seating every morning to minimize her mobility challenges. She took it upon herself to secure the seating so as to ensure that our experience was special and our needs were promptly addressed. Reyna truly exemplifies customer service excellence and the Marriott Warner Center is so fortunate to benefit from her attention to detail and care. We will make sure the property management team knows it. Thank you!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional especially R. Moses who assisted us with our luggage from our room to our car, He was great. He helped my mother from her room and my husband and I from our room. Extremely quick and efficient. Housekeeping was great too. Thank you

Hotel is my go to in Woodland Hills area. The property is comfortable, friendly and relaxing. It is also convenient to shopping and dining. The area around it is comfortable for morning walks.
Having a Starbucks the lobby is a plus.
As a. titanium member with club access means a great breakfast experience from the main restaurant.
M club lounge is large and comfy. During my last stay, Special call out to Bella. She made the evening drink/ snack/Meeting time in the lounge great. She made us feel at home and took care of any food or drink requests.

Needed to get some work done, went too Amuse, great atmosphere and great service!
