החדרים היו גדולים, פקידות הקבלה היו מאוד נחמדות ועוזרות.
חדר Triple של הילדים, היו קוביות זכוכית בין המקלחת למיטה. הצוות היה צריך לבוא ולכסות עם נייר וצלוטייפ, כדי שהילדים יוכלו להתקלח.
הזמנו מראש שני חדרים. היה ידוע שיש ילדים בחדר.

La ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación
The location is good and the bed is very comfortable.
The cleaning ladies start working at 8h and while on vacations I don’t want to be woken up by noise like vacuum cleaners and them talking.

Honestly, nothing stands out anymore. I used to be a loyal customer and stayed at this hotel many times, but after the way my case was handled, all the positive experiences have been overshadowed.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The hotel management handled my situation very poorly and showed no willingness to help or take responsibility. Despite being a loyal and frequent guest, I felt completely ignored. Instead of finding a solution, they left me to deal with the problem on my own. They have lost one of their best repeat customers because of the way they treated me. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
