There's nobody around to help me with any of my issues usually when I want to be away on vacation I at least want to be able to watch TV the Wi-Fi didn't work and the TV was always buffering and the accommodations were horrible
The front desk lady when we got there was wonderful. The pool was great.
Rooms could have been cleaner. Bed was too hard and pillows were too soft. For the money you spend to stay there these room should be updated. Bathtub felt like you were going to fall through and it was stained so it looked like it was dirty. Floor is soft in the tub. The wall around the toilet was falling apart because of a water leak. Sink, mirror, curtains on the sliding glass door were dirty. There was something on the walls that was gross. The bottom molding on the walls was falling off. The internet was horrible. TV was in and out because of the internet. I reserved 4 rooms and something was wrong with each one of them. One smelt bad, one smelt like smoke even though it was a no smoking room. One, the carpet was torn and had holes in it. One of our rooms had mold everywhere and they had to be moved. The other room the people next door partied till 1:30 am. The second lady that was working was not friendly. Asked for some towels for the pool and she didn't seem very happy about giving them to me. Also no shampoo in one of the rooms and no tissues. Wasn't even offered any compensation for all these issues. There was no breakfast, no juice, nothing but fruit and coffee. We have 5 kids that wanted to eat so we had to get them ready and take them somewhere else. Playground equipment was broken and dangerous for the kids. The pictures that are on the website are not what the hotel looks like. We spent a lot of money to stay here and it truly was not worth it.
The whole building and the outside needs to be updated.

After a long weekend of moving it would have been nice to at least have a decent cup of coffee the next morning.
Worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in. As soon as we got there the hotel smells like cannabis and cigarettes. The blankets were as thin as curtains and looked like curtains. The tv didn’t work and the remote batteries were covered by tape. The pool smelled like propane and chlorine and had algae what looked nothing like the photos. The ac in the room made a terrible noise and started smelling like it was burning. The shower curtain had no liner so the whole floor was wet. The pictures do not match the real place at all! It is a scam never stay here!

Toilet seat was loose. Only one garbage can.

Dirty, dated, needs updating & deep cleaning. Not worth price. Go elsewhere.
Great location right off freeway
Cobwebs in the room. Handle fell off in the shower. Carpeting was sticky
Horrible experience. Filthy rooms did not have clean linens for us. Do not care about the customers. Someone got their throat slit in the room above us full-on crime scene investigation. So I left with my family because it wasn't safe and they did not refund us our money. Very poor customer service. Very rude. Highly recommend. Do not stay there
The location was great for us
It is not nearly as good of shape as the pictures show. We stayed in the "executive" building so I can't comment on the main hotel. I was not impressed.
Very good location
The sheets had coffee stains in them - asked manager to have the sheets changed while the help was in the building- left at 10am- came back to hotel at 6pm sheets were never changed- did not stay another night
