Disaster and fraudulent very dodgy Hotel under no circumstances stay here.
Pros:

The Hotel was a complete disaster and what is worse the staff were incompetent and communications have been fraudulent as they cannot keep to a story.

Cons:

The room they gave us was horrendous. The headboard was hanging off and the drawers were all smashed up. They had made no attempt to fix. The bed linen was dirty and contained hairs. The bathroom was unlikely to have been cleaned and the toiletries were half empty with lids off as if someone had just stayed and no cleaner had been in. We informed them we were unhappy and they offered another room but the hotel was so run down and dirty we were exceptionally unhappy. There were numerous people hanging about the rooms and doors looking like they were up to no good. Someone also tried to get in our room at 0630 in the morning. They offered a 1 night refund and they still had to return deposit. After we left the deposit money was taken from my account and then they gave various dates and stories about when they had refunded the 1 nights stay and even made a ficticious invoice to try and appease, they must think guests are stupid. I will be tring to raise a fraud case against them and also get them struck off of booking.com and other sites to save other potential guests from this happening to them.

Meets expectations pretty well, kind staff makes up for minor problems with the room's cleanliness.
Pros:

The check in was very fast, and the staff was very kind during our stay. During a problem with the room, the staff quickly fixed it to my satisfaction. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows, although small, are nice.

Cons:

Upon entering the room, one blanket was covered by a large, off-white stain, however, upon asking, the staff did immediately replace it. In general, the room wasn't cleaned very well, but it was alright.

It was quiet and it's location

Cons:

The staff gave me a hard time. The room wasn't what they said it would be. The room was dirty. I tried to talk to manager in the morning with no success on talking to one. They said someone would call me and still no one called me.

Skip this place, almost everything needs to be fixed.
Pros:

The room smelled weird, the Internet was so slow it was useless and the TV would show you a guide but when you chose a channel, nothing came up on the screen.

Happy with location, unhappy with the room and TV

The location was great. Check in was quick and easy.

Cons:

TV was not working due to poor WIFI at the facility. One of the staff tried to help but was unsuccessful and there was nothing they could do as they told us they were booked for the night, and we could not switch rooms. I had to use my own hotspot on my phone to get the TV to work. The refrigerator would not close due to so much ice buildup. The bed was so uncomfortable and the sheets and comforter felt like sandpaper. Stains all over the drapes.

Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

Room was non-smoking but a cigarette wrapper was in the nightstand drawer.
TV was not working and no remote.
Bedspread and top sheet to small for bed.
Hair on bathroom floor.
A/C plug did not fit outlet properly. We had to adjust it to make it work.

Amazing gem
Pros:

Great location: get a river view room with a balcony, grab food either at Jillian’s or the Lebanese Food truck across the street, grab drinks at the liquor store, snax at the gas station: you’re set for a lovely little relaxing weekend.
Staff was nice, cleanliness was reasonable, the jetted tub was amazing.

Pros:

It was nasty we checked out didn’t even stay there . We didn’t stay because I messed up with the plans that we had but I was glad we had to chk out. The sheets didn’t fit the bed it smelt gross the outside was not landscaped well . But the person at the desk was very nice and understanding.
