Cons:

We ran out of water and noone told us we would be having no water. Ruining our morning. We also had to go to the front desk 15plus times while being there for 1 week because the cards wouldnt work. Not one house keeper cleaned the room nor asked if we needed anything- being there for 1 week, then to top it off, just before check out, the fire alarm went off, causing us all to have to leave immediately. We ended up forgetting things and now its been a hassle getting our things back and compensate our stay.

Long and brutal

Cons:

The keys didn’t work. Put us at the back of the hotel and keys kept not working.

Banged my foot on a metal rod sticking out from under the bed. And the staff lady working was zero help!

On our way home from personal business and were able to book with only a few hours notice.
Pros:

Large room with good access for a wheelchair, however, the bathroom was a bit tight for the chair. Please note that we did not specify am accessible room.

Cons:

Just minor things, the curtains on one window could not be closed as the ends had been pulled off the hooks.

It was a good stay for the most part.
Pros:

Close to all the amenities we were using

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable. The cleaners only brought towels each day. Beds did not get made or any cleaning done that we could tell.
