Quality, Customer Service and Value Rule at Drury
Pros:

As always, a great experience at all Drury properties. Value, quality and customer service is always very positive and consistent across locations. Roxanne at the front desk was fantastic. Friendly, interactive, attentive and efficient. Food staff is always great. Rooms are always spotless (kudos to the Environmental staff) and everything in the room always works flawlessly - TV, showers, toilet, clock, etc! Beds are comfy. We also used the pool during this stay - once again the area and pool were clean, towels provided, lounge chairs, very relaxing. Finally - great coffee always available.

Definitely would go back
Pros:

The price was good and they offer free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was the same every day but the dinner menu mostly changed each night. They offer three free alcoholic beverages to guests each night. My boys loved the pool. The area was nice and the staff was great.
