Great location, clean hotel, delicious breakfast, friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with wide variety. The rooftop bar's view was amazing. The hotel location is perfect, centralized to the main sightseeing points but set on the side of a quiet street that you don't feel crowded or hear any noises at night. I will return to this hotel again when I visit Madrid.

Pros:

Hotel je na odlicnoj lokaciji, soba uredna i cista. Sve mirise. Osoblje ljubazno ali diskretno. Pogled s prozora predivan.

Cons:

Sve mi se sviđa jedino nedostaje spa centar ali nisam sigurna da bismo stigli boraviti u spa jer grad pruža dovoljno drugih sadrzaja.

Pleasant stay but not cheap
Pros:

Central location, friendliness of staff, quality of breakfast and daily menu, size of the hotel, quality of internet

Cons:

Entrance area doesn’t look like a 5 star hotel, rooms fairly small for a 5 star hotel, high price

Dwudniowy pobyt był bardzo udany, przepiękne miasto.

Lokalizacja wyśmienita. Idealnie w centrum, a jednocześnie spokojnie. Obszerny apartament. Bardzo przydatny taras wraz ze stolikiem, krzesłami i leżakami. Dobrze wyposażony kącik herbaciano - kawowy. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Świetny bar na dachu hotelu. Miłe zaskoczenie prezentami na ciepłe dni (okulary, ręczniki, klapki, wachlarze).

W pokoju brak drugiego kubka na herbatę. Na śniadaniu słaby ekspres do kawy, brak dużych kubków na herbatę, brak ciemnego pieczywa.
