Hotel incrível e ótima localização

Hotel realmente incrível , atendimento espetacular, instalações muito boas . Muitos atenciosos em deixar um presente de cortesia no quarto pela noite , localização ótima na Gran via , pequeno almoço incrível . Voltarei concerteza

Pros:

Centraal gelegen in Madrid, binnen no time zit je op de Gran Via of bij een metrostation.
Ook het Retiro ligt op loopafstand. Door de rustige ligging heb je niet helemaal door hoe centraal het hotel ligt.
Mooie kamers, met vriendelijk personeel.

Bien ubicado pero el servicio deja mucho que desear para un cinco estrellas
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, céntrica y bien conectada. Tuvimos un problema con una cisterna que goteaba en la habitación e inmediatamente nos dieron otra.

Cons:

Algunos empleados se negaron a pedirnos un taxi por la noche alegando que es ilegal que un hotel solicite un servicio de taxi (?) pero a la mañana siguiente al volver a probar nos solicitaron uno para ir a la estación de tren. Un sinsentido.

Además, pedimos un sandwich al servicio de habitaciones sobre las 18h y comimos un poco y dejamos el resto para comer al volver sobre las 22h y al volver se lo habían llevado junto con una ensalada sin tocar… 26€ por un sándwich que acabó yendo a la basura. Lo entendería si hubieran arreglado la habitación para dormir, pero lo único que hicieron fue entrar, cerrar las cortinas y llevarse el sándwich. Otro sinsentido.
