Easy to find and a decent distance from downtown Bangor.

Cons:

Could not turn off air conditioning facing the main road and airport so the sleep wasn't very good

A place to stay.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Cons:

The "extra lock" on the door was broken, so we needed to wedge the ironing board against the door to feel safe.

The room was sold as "with breakfast", but the breakfast was some coffee in the lobby and a grab bag. This was clearly a "check the box" compliance to be listed as a hotel that included breakfast, but there are far better options available. I'd rather they'd taken $5 off the cost of the room and been honest.

Despite this being a non-smoking hotel, the room smelled of smoke.

It is near the airport, so it's to be expected that you'll hear planes. Unfortunately, the two I heard were at 5:45am and 6:00am.

Bedbugs in rm 117
Pros:

The price at first.

Cons:

I found live bedbugs crawling up the wall in the morning! The front desk denied and dismissed it even with the bug on a tissue I took to the front! The smoke detector was missing in my room. Lastly, there is no breakfast like advertised, which is why I chose to stay there in the first place.

Favorite place to stay
Pros:

We love staying here. We travel with our dogs and its so convenient here for that. Rooms are carpet free and plenty of space to walk them as needed.

Cons:

We had a small incident which we made the staff aware of immediately and it was handled with professionalism and apologies.

Overall good experience. We'd stay again.
Pros:

Staff was really friendly and kind. Easy check in. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.

Cons:

The employee didn't give us any information on breakfast times at the check in. The phone in our room wasn't working (room 220)
