Pros:

The rooms were clean and the playground was fun.

Cons:

The maintenance worker that walked into my room while I was napping I didn't have the top lock latched due to my family being at the pool. Never received any notification that worker would need to come to our room. Very uncomfortable as a woman.

Pros:

It was very clean and close to Disneyland

Cons:

I understand the pool wrist bands are not replaced, however, when you ask the front desk they are rude about a customer asking. It is not what was said but how it was said. A little understanding goes a lomg way and the attitude in how you say things makes a huge difference in how the message is received.

It was out first time there and will definitely worth it!
Pros:

Clean room, very spacious and the staff always very friendly.

Cons:

The water pressure wasn’t the best but they always had hot water!

Great location. Best bang for your buck with small kids. Will return!
Pros:

The mini waterpark was a huge hit for my kids (8, 4, & 1yrs old). I liked how the room was set up with large countertop spaces and ease of parking. Beds and pillows were very comfortable after a long day at Disney.

Cons:

There was an issue with our hot water in our room so we were upgraded to a renovated room. Both rooms did not have a desk clock so I would add those to the rooms.

Pros:

Location, the little water park, and it wasn't noisy.

Cons:

The blue faux leather couch was very uncomfortable...the cushions were velcro but they kept sliding off and the texture wasn't comfortable especially after a long day of sweating. It felt sticky.

Loved it, we will be back.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love that it is close to Disneyland. Pricing is very reasonable. Plenty of parking for guests.

Pros:

I like that it’s small and feels cozy very much adaptable & so extremely convenient

Cons:

The staff rudeness, especially the pirate cove area . Very hounding and they don’t seem to like their job and it shows rude to children of small ages .
