A quiet, clean and friendly stay!!
Pros:

Even though some buildings were under construction the noise level was low! The hotel itself was clean and safe. I like that you must need a key to enter the buildings to even access your room. It provided extra safety. Every day someone was cleaning the hallways - vacuuming or carpet cleaning. Staff were extremely friendly - front desk, cleaning staff, lifeguards, even the gift shop staff. My kids didn’t want to leave. They loved the room and were comfortable. Usually one is asking to go home. We were able to check in early, they accommodated us on our requests. Even though we had a room over looking the poolside it was extremely quiet!! Every time we go to Disneyland we stay here. We also recommend HoJo to all friends and family. :)

Cons:

We didn’t like how small the toilets are!

Overall, it was great. Staff was friendly and the property was nice even while under construction.
Pros:

Easy walk to Disneyland and quiet considering that it is so close to the freeway.

Cons:

Our bathroom did not have a fan so everything was just humid and uncomfortable anytime the shower ran. You’d dry off from your shower and instantly just be wet again.

Pros:

ディズニーから徒歩10分と立地が良く、一度休憩に戻ったり忘れ物をしても戻るのに苦じゃなかったです。23時までやってる売店も便利で子供の牛乳やコーンフレークなどが買えて助かりました。またコインランドリーで日本のクレカが使えずフロントに助けを求めたら夜中にも関わらずとても親切に対応してもらえました。子供達はプールにも大喜びでした！

Cons:

給水機があるとパーフェクトでした。

Cons:

The 2nd floor with stairs and no curtains.
After being with my kids all day at the park, I'd appreciate a good sleep since we usually go 4 days straight to the park.
Thumbs down on the shades. So easy to install. You guys shouldn't have to have so many bad reviews on the same matter. Fix it!

What a wonderful experience
Pros:

Its only a few minutes walk to dianeyland and the waterpark was a huge bonus especially for the kids.

Cons:

It was missing a pen/pencil and a notepad.

Would definitely come back!
Pros:

Loved our stay here! The rooms are nice, the pools are some of the best on Harbor Blvd, and the walk to the parks is a massive perk! Nicole from customer service was lovely as well.
