The good, the bad, and the inflated!
Pros:

The service was great. They did a good job keeping our room cleaned. Also the facilities was always well maintained.

Cons:

The prices. Super high. Didnt like the fact that we were hit with a surprise parking fee of $180??? Parking should've been free for a $1300 stay. Also the breakfast was very limited for One thousand, three hundred dollars!!! Other than that, the services, and everything else was awesome.

I recently stayed at your hotel with my family of five and reserved a suite that was advertised as having two queen beds. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that the beds were significantly smaller than expected and were more comparable in size to twin beds. As a result, it was not possible for two people to sleep comfortably in each bed, which created a very difficult situation for our family.

We explained the issue to the front desk and requested an additional rollaway bed or another solution that would allow our family to sleep comfortably. Despite explaining the situation, we were informed that there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue.

This was very disappointing, as the room did not match the expectations created by the description at the time of booking, and no reasonable accommodation was offered. We specifically chose this suite based on the advertised sleeping arrangements for our family, and unfortunately, our stay was negatively impacted because of this.

was almost perfect but parking upcharge & mini fridge ruined perfect score

Staff was amazing, bartender was definitely on point and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

Pay for parking. And they want to charge you for each day. so tired of this pay for parking scam. $30 a day so a week stay could be over $210 just for parking. And room had Mini - mini fridge. Not a even close to even a decent size refrigerator
