Tub felt good. Great location. Dirty room.

Mini fridge did not work, was dirty and smelled. No remote for either of the two tv’s, jet tub was also dirty

a few minor inconveniences, but most were fixed. personnel were available to help.

absolutely no where to hang anything - no hooks of any kind. only provided with 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth.
had to ask for hand towels and more washcloths.

I thought it was a great value and will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

It was clean and quiet. The location was right off Route 66 so it was very easy to get around.

Cons:

I did not like having to use virtual kiosk to check in. We were checked in under the wrong reservation and given a key to an occupied room.

We had a family emergency and had to leave Sat. morning. We had no choice except to cancel two days.

The Property is on the Route 66

My wife had to clean scum from the shower floor, them phone didn't work (unable to contact the front desk, tried three times. Theres trash all over the property and the pool was totally cloudy..

A nice pleasant Hotel
Pros:

Clean quiet room and nice pool area, right on Route 66

Cons:

The check-in was a disaster. Some clown on a computer screen prompted to me to use my credit card in a way that it didn't work. It wasn't until someone came in from the back that things got better
