Great location, lovely staff and a fantastic pool on the top floor!
Pros:

Fantastic location, lovely pool on the 10th floor. Staff our very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

Bed was quite small, shower leaked but was fixed by maintenance after reporting the problem. Main issue was the room wasn’t cleaned very well, dust on all surfaces and glasses left without cleaning.

Maravilhoso hotel na Gran Via
Pros:

Localização ótima para quem quer ficar no Centro de Madrid, mas que dessa vez achei muito cheio e barulhento.
Nada que atrapalhe o sono, as janelas são antirruído.

O café eh maravilhoso e a opção de estar perto de tudo a pé, também. Mas, pra quem gosta de andar, porque Madrid eh uma cidade cheia de coisas a grandes distâncias, mas o metrô está na porta.

Cons:

Não tem nada a ver com o Hotel, mas em uma próxima vez me hospedaria em outro bairro.
