Beautiful hotel in a terrific location! Can’t go wrong with this one.
Pros:

We loved the clean comfortable rooms. And our family especially enjoyed the pool area. We had a beautiful sunset dinner there.

mooi hotel op een uitstekende locatie in Madrid
Pros:

locatie midden in het centrum op loopafstand van het Koninklijk paleis en Plaza Mayor, mooi zwembad op de bovenste verdieping met een geweldig uitzicht , uitgebreid ontbijt buffet

kamer enigszins gedateerd echter functioneel en schoon

It was hard to get staff attention at the pool bar/ restaurant at times. Nothing too bad.
