la piscina y la elegancia del diseño. Conozco el hotel desde 1977.
He padecido un trato poco acorde con mi antiguedad como cliente. Dos veces pedi que el dia del check out pudiera consignar maletas (cosa que siempre hice) y consumir en la pileta hasta la hora de partir al aeropuerto. Las dos veces se me respondió (la misma persona) que solo el dia de salida, por la mañana, podría saberlo "por cuestiones de aforo" de la Terraza. He estado decenas de veces en el hotel, siempre he recibido memorables detalles de atención, incluido específicamente este pedido. Y ahora me encuentro que un funcionario desatento, o con nuevas instrucciones, rechaza un pedido aprovechado decenas de veces desde 1977. No puedo sino reprobar eso. Y lamentarlo mucho.

The pool area is absolutely world class. So big and relaxing. If the pool itself is lively you can easily sit a little further away for some peace and quiet.
Nice beds, big bathroom. The room itself was not huge, but sufficient, and had very good closet space.
Air conditioning worked ok. Very good location.

Las habitaciones aunque se ven remodeladas están viejas, la Ducha Muy incomoda . Las puertas no cerraban bien entonces se moja todo. Me pareció q es costoso para lo que es. Con el Precio q cobran debería estar incluido el desayuno. Los ascensores se demoran demasiado.La Piscina es demasiado fría.
