Top locatie midden in het centrum. Goede bedden en groot zwembad met veel ligbedden. Rooftopbar is leuk, prijzen zijn hoog.
Hoge prijzen en personeel kan vriendelijker en servicegerichter bij het zwembad
Está Esta es la cuarta vez que prefiero hotel Emperador viajando desde Santiago de Chile a Madrid .

La habitación un tanto pequeña
Muy buena la atención del personal a la llegada y salida, excelente el bar en la terraza, como corresponde a un hotel de esa categoría, pero también fue determinante para su elección su ubicadión en el corazón de Madrid.
Tendría que ser flexible la oferta del desayuno.
El personal de recepción y el maletero, excelentes. La ubicación es muy buena, la terraza muy linda y la piscina grande y agradable. En general, todo estuvo muy bien. ¡Excelente experiencia!
El cuarto tenía una vista interna, no tenía luz Natural.

Las instalaciones son super completas. La pisicina es genial y el servicio de todo el personal es excelente. Nos dieron un upgrade en la habitación. Super cómoda.

There was mould at the corner of the bathroom door. There was a smell of sewage that comes and goes but gets strong at night. The walls are paper thin.
