No privacy between the room and the bathroom. If you rent a car, you need to pay nearly 50 dollars per day for parking. No vanity kit in the bedroom
I stayed here with family members before a cruise. We chose the hotel because it was close ot the port and had a rooftop bar/restaurant and a rooftop pool. We were disappointed to find that these were both under renovation and not available to us. That should have been made clear on the website--we would not have chosen this hotel had we known that.
The rooms were fine, but overall we were very disappointed and will not stay there agian.

The rooms were not clean
The facilities were clean and the location is great. We had an awesome stay. The pool is beautiful and our room had a great view.
The restaurant staff's service wasn't the best. We didn't understand if we had to sit ourselves or if someone would give us a table. We had to wait a long while for them to serve us... Other than that, the food was very good.
Great location, great view and room
I specifically booked this hotel for the pool/hottub facilities. Was not told at check in that they were not able to be used. When I discovered it and went downstairs, their reaction was well. They’ve been down for three weeks. We were also told at check in that there was a bar on the 14th floor and that was closed down as well due to the pool being closed down. Also, online it appears as if there’s an option for valet parking at $46 a day. There is no other option for parking, you have to use valet so that is very misleading.
